They had to clean a suit (Ermenegildo Zegna) and washed it shorter and color faded. Reclamation was on the spot, but the owner say that this is not his mistake, but of the suit what is bad quality (again it was a "Zegna" suit). He managed to blame the shop where I bought the suit and the damage was refund just by there tolerance and that Im a good client (Emporium). So I did not care further, but next time he washed again a linen trouser (shorter and lost color) and when I reclaim it, he blamed me that this was probably washed by myself and I just try to get money out of him... The guy is not able to see that in every company, even in his mistakes happen and that he have to stand for this. Don't go there for dry cleaning they wash it all, no matter what ever comes out...
