Texas Twinkies were spot on. I wanted something light so I paired that with a chopped salad. The Astros were not playing but there were plenty of TVs with sports on.

They need to update their info. They do not take reservations. I tried to make a reservation via Google assistant, and 30 mins before my initial reservation time, they cancelled it. Plan for a fun weekend ruined.

My husband and I walked in on a hot August day around 2:30. We were asked if we wanted to sit at the bar and we said sure. We walked around & the bar seats were all taken so we sat across from the bar facing the street. We were there a good 5 min before my husband went & grabbed us a menu. We looked at the menu for at least another 5 minutes. No one said hello, no one asked us if we wanted to order, how our day was, nothing. After being basically ignored by everyone other than the greeter, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. They weren't busy enough to wait that long for any assistance. It's crazy too because I would expect that maybe after an Astros game. But nothing was going on downtown at the time.

I was very disappointed with our experience at Biggios. My chips were stale, the twinkies looked nothing like the picture, pork belly was not what we expected. Not to mention they do not serve coffee. Coffee would have been nice to have with my cheesecake i ordered. I ended up ordering the cheesecake to go, and once i got to the hotel room, I opened up the container and was really disappointed at what i saw. If i knew it was a cheesecake bite i wouldn't have ordered it. Overpriced and will not return.

This post is to highlight the GREAT service our party received from Tito, who counteracted our poor service and customer service resolution from our waitress and upper management. Tito came around to check up on us after he realized we were looking around wondering where why it was taking so long to get our food. He quickly returned to ask how we were doing then promptly came back with our requests and told us that the other things we requested were on their way and would be brought out. FYI Biggios: consistently keeping your customers abreast of any setbacks in the kitchen, wait staff, or environmental changes are essential to keeping them happy.

They helped in a time of need so I'm grateful about that and also has a great ambiance with lots of places and different spaces to sit overall friendly and uniquely delicious

The best food from this place is the fries, they were nice and crispy. The steak wasn’t great so I would skip on the steak. The hot dog is huge! Not bad way better than the steak!

Atmosphere is wonderful for a game day and music was good. The host and waiter were attentive. Food was not all that and the drinks were weak.

I don't think our server was having the best of days, but I had the brisket Mac & Cheese, and it was absolutely delicious!

First of all I understand there was a big event going on while dining but we were not checked on for probably 15 minutes when we arrived. Once we got waters, the waiter had to be flagged down after 25 minutes to even take our order. Me and 2 other people probably waited 50 minutes for a burger, salad, and chicken tenders. The waiter was not paying any attention to us. When we received our good two of the orders were made incorrectly. Joshua was amazing and gave us a 20% off for all of us which we really appreciate. We were then treated rudely but another manager when she was giving us our check. They added an 18% service charge which is only added to groups 6 or bigger. That was taken care of and we didn’t really mind but the manager made a rude comment about us “now having the time” when we originally complained about the amount of time they took. The manager was brought over and talked to us but were still feel we received horrible service with incorrect food orders. The chicken tenders had some weird breading and just tasted like a fried chicken nugget… but that’s beside the point.

We went early before an Astros game since we had out of town family. We were seated quickly but then proceeded to wait about 10 minutes for water. Another 20 minutes for a waiter and this was after I had asked two servers to find our waiter. Apparently we were seated in an area that no one was sure who was the server. I finally walked over to the waitstaff computer speaking to two women one of whom appeared to be in charge and asked for a waiter. She came over in a few minutes and took our order, an appetizer and the entrees. The entrees were served promptly but the appetizer was not. I told the server to forget the appetizer. The woman in charge came over to tell us the order was in the kitchen and that she would comp the appetizer since the kitchen didn't get it out on time. The food was ok not great but the hair in my husband's food is really why it rated a lower score. The brisket Mac and cheese was good but missing something. Maybe more cheese. The poke nachos were spicy and tasty but had too much of the sauces on it. The street tacos were delicious but the hair in the food took away from the pleasure of eating. Because of our lengthy wait for service we missed the promotion giveaway at Minute maid. This all together made a birthday celebration a downer.
