My problem is more with eurorail pass but the lady at the desk handling the international tickets at booth 1 was very informal and rude. Obviously I'm upset about how high the reservation fees are with my 1st class rail ticket and she kept getting angry and short with me about my understanding of it. In the end I bought a 2nd class rail ticket for 16 hours to Budapest and was just a nightmare ride. Customer service can at least sympathize and better explain the "hidden fees" but also might be a language barrier thing. But body language is universal and there were no smiles or care coming from those eyes.

Desi cumperi bilete cu o luna inainte, nu vei fi anuntat de anularea trenullui, chiar daca ai achizitionat online. Total lipsa de respect din partea companiei si a personalului pus pe harta si constipat! Nu contează că ești obligat să astepti o oră in plus si ca ajungi la destinație cu 3 ore întârziere! Nu ti se cere scuze, nu ti se face reducere...
