Extremely slow service at the ticket counter and watch out for people trying to cut in line. Had to wait for over an hour, only to see both trains for the hour leave before I could even buy my ticket. The staff don't seem to understand that people are in a hurry to go somewhere, and even if their train is not for a while, they don't want to be standing waiting to receive their tickets. What exactly is the holdup? We've bought the tickets, paid already... Give me the blasted tickets and go help the next customer in line. Speed up. Seriously!
