30 de ani de jaf politic și pseudo-investiții în tehnologii și facilități inutile. În afara de cele câteva francize (KFC, McDonald's), câteva ATM-uri și automate de vânzare bilete, totul arată ca în anii '90, vechi, degradat și ponosit.

Nu cred ca am folosit vreodata o toaleta mai neingrijita si mai rau mirositoare, la care, culmea, trebuie sa si platesti! Domnilor edili, si acest loc va reprezinta!

Some trips are canceled with any prior notice, they just let you know after 30-45 minutes after you are supposed to leave. There are a lot of beggars, while buying a ticket 3 different people asked for money or a ticket today. The trains are dirty. There is a lot of noise during the trips and sometimes the machines where you buy tickets do not work. I understand that it is a big station but it is not maintained, most of the fast-foods have bugs and cockroaches. It is a horrible experience at each step. Don't even get me started on how uncomfortable are the seats and how unprofessional some staff is. Overall I get them since they are not payed enough to care but that doesn't make the experience any better. Also don't use the toilet and if you really must go bring your own toilet paper. Sorry to disappoint but this is the honest truth.
