Deși am cerut bilete dus-intors nu nu s-a aplicat reducerea. Nu era aglomerație la casa de bilete și de aceea nu înțeleg atitudinea "doamnei". În acest fel crede CFR că își va rezolva problemele financiare? Eu cred că este un abuz!
