Our family of five used TuamV for an airport shuttle from Trieste to Škofja Loka and then for sightseeing around Slovenia including to Lake Bled and Nova Gorica. Pickup times were communicated well and van was waiting for us upon arrival. Our drivers, Renee and Leo were not only excellent drivers, but personable and helped us navigate the countryside, offering additional places to visit. I would highly recommend their services!

We were a group of twelve persons comprising three families travelling with around 20 bags weighing up to 23 kilos plus 12 bags weighing up to 8 kilos apart from other personal items. Our group being Asian vegetarian, had a strict food requirement whereby we didn't consume egg, fish, meat, beef, pork etc. We had booked a 20 seater Mercedes coach for 13 days starting from 06 May 2023 for staying in 3 Schengen countries viz. Austria, Croatia, Slovenia and touring in two additional countries viz. Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Coach/ Bus and Agency service: Coach was very luxurious having a microphone, music system and video screen. Coach had very efficient cooling/ heating and light were perfect. Coach had a dim lighting too. Windows with adequate curtains and tint. Overall, the coach was beyond our expectations. As requested, TuamV managed our excursion bookings for Plitvice Lake National Park and Postojna Caves. Booking experience for the coach/ bus rental with driver was too good. Agency promptly provided complete details along with other travel assistance. They were kind to accommodate our entire requirements and also offered us other travel assistance/ guidance such as mobile phone SIM, stay bookings, excursion bookings, trip planning etc. Agency is thoroughly professional. Agency provided us pickup and drop for shopping excursions without charging us additionally. Agency provided us with Roro ferry (watercraft carrying passengers and vehicles) service while travelling to Porto Montenegro (Tivat, Montenegro) to cut the travel duration without any additional cost to us. Throughout the 13 days trip, we were always picked up at decided specific time. Coach was maintained clean. Exemplary service was provided to us.
Drivers: Agency provided us two drivers having accurate etiquette. We had a everlasting experience with Marko who was driving the coach for 11 days through the trip. He was enormously sincere and offered unusual and unexpected assistance and convenience to our group on multiple occasions. We were pampered by Marko throughout the trip. He used to independently unload and load several baggage and ensure our quick check-in in various hotels. He spoke to hotels in advance to inform them about our probable check-in time and procedure for check-in in case of self check-in. He suggested us restaurants as per our requirements and ensured that we were served the desired food. He had prior conversations with restaurants to ensure we were served the food as per our requirements. Marko ensured that we were not disturbed and alighted from bus for border controls. He managed border control by himself with no interference to our group members. He truly pampered us as a family member. However, for 2 days, we toured with driver Grega. He was highly informative and shared his insight for various current news and data pertaining to European countries including Slovenia. We had outstanding experience with both the drivers. On behalf of our group of twelve persons, I would strongly mention "We miss you MARKO". We wish we could spend some more time with you (Marko). All members of our group are waiting to meet you. We wish you and the agency a very successful and flourishing business.
Suggestion: I highly recommend the agency. If I avail their quote for my next trip to the region, I will certainly book with the agency.

Although a delayed review, nevertheless truly well deserved.
Without Marko and his excellent team of drivers and chauffeurs, we would not have been able to pull off a multi-stop accommodation pick up for our wedding, nor managed to bring 120 people from more than 10 countries to the Vipava Valley and other parts of Slovenia.
Marko's excellent organisation skills, communication skills and the multitude of ways in which payment was possible for all the services provided made the use of this company well worth it.
For our wedding, he provided multiple coaches, Mercedes cars and vans, and all at very short notice. Marko and his drivers were there for our wedding party when needed at the end of a very memorable event, and they were able to transport all 120 people from Budanje to Vipava Valley's wedding venue in perfect time. What an absolute credit to the Vipava Valley, the team is!
Without Marko and his team, we simply would not have been able to have our wedding in Slovenia. From the bottom of our hearts, we are grateful for all your help and support and would thoroughly recommend Marko and his team for all your travel and tourism needs in and outside of the Vipava Valley.

Our group of 11 plus child hired a minibus from Tuam V. It was very easy to make the arrangements and there was very good communication with the company especially Marco. The drivers Branko and Grega were very friendly and even offered advice on our excursions. They were also very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of info. These made our holiday experience a great and memorable one. We will surely make use of this company if we do similar excursions in Slovenia.

Searching for a transportation from Ljubljana to Austria and same day back for 11 people with a lot of gear - TuamV with driver Marko offered the best price and performance allready at the offer stage. This turned out at the end a complete satisfaction. Great Mercedes minibus - looks very VIP :) with lots of space for up to 20 passengers, safe and comfortable ride, great communication, friendlyness and the most important - we were on time - pickup - delivery - return. We think we found our partner for our needs also for our future rides. Dear Marko, thanks again!

We worked with Taxi & Travel & Shop agency TuamV for the transfer of guests to and from our event in Lipica (arriving in 2 different days and departing in 2 other days, to and from 3 different airports and a train station). Marko and his team were incredibly generous and professional and our guests were very happy with their service and punctuality. As an organiser, we were impressed with their reliability and flexibility. Due to a strike in Italy, we had to make many changes which were accomodated in a short timespan. Great work!

Outstanding service! TuamV transported our suitcases during a walking holiday. Due to special circumstances we were sometimes unable to walk the trail. Tuam V was flexibel, thought with us to find a solution. They were absolutely punctional. And off course: we felt safe during the drive with cabdrivers :-). We recomend this organisation!

We called to request a last minute trip to Lake Boninj. Miha answered right away and was so helpful fitting us in the following day as we were short on time. We had a fantastic day out and he went above and beyond, making suggestions for other places to visit and we also visited Lake Bled and Zelenci Nature reserve as part of our day. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again!

An incredible off-road safari experience with TuamV in the beautiful Karst nature with its rocky and muddy terrain. We spent the day with a very talented and skilled driver - guide Marko. The agency is very reliable and the safari is perfectly organized and well thought-out. Highly recommend.

I can not recommend Tuam owner Marco and his staff enough! We have booked multiple times, both international and domestic bike shuttles and minibus with them. Amazing service every time with a great value! Would give 6 starts if possible... Way to go Marco and the team 💪 thanks for making all of our cycling adventures possible!!

We are a choir and had booked TuamV for a bus transfer from Ljubljana to Koper and back during a planned concert trip to Slovenia. The price they offered was very reasonable, the communication extremely friendly and the proceedings very professional.
In the end, however, we could not travel because the airline Adria Airways went bancrupt the night before our departure! We informed Tuam that we had to cancel and they agreed immediately to refund our money, even though it was only 3 days before our booked transfer. This was very generous and we are extremely thankful for this kindness and understanding of this very special emergency.
We hope to travel to Slovenia some time in the future and will be happy to book TuamV again. Thank you!
