Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo usufruito del servizio di DRD per la tratta Lubiana-Trieste in data 10/12/22. Date le precedenti recensioni avevamo il terrore che l’autista potesse non presentarsi o fare molto ritardo, ma fortunatamente così non è stato. Il nostro Van si è presentato alle ore 8:10 all’Hotel Union, siamo partiti alle 8:15 ed abbiamo fatto una sola sosta (a circa 20 min dall’Aeroporto di Trieste). Autista cordiale, parlava un po’ di italiano, ha tenuto per l’intero viaggio la cintura di sicurezza ed auricolari per rispondere al cellulare. Forse le vecchie recensioni hanno portato ad un cambiamento o siamo solo stati fortunati, ma non possiamo dare che 5 stelle.

Moj vnaprej placan prevoz preko drd bus prevoznistva se vceraj na letaliscu ni pojavil. Ko sem poklicala na stevilko ki je na internetu je gospod rekel, da mi ne more pomagati, saj je on le voznik.. na mail so bili kasneje neodzivni in od njih nisem vec dobila nobenega odgovora. Ni problema, odhajala sem domov. Zanima me, kaj se zgodi ce gres na letalisce in zaradi tako ogabnega odnosa zamudis svoj let. Ne narocajte tega prevoza!!

DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY! We went from Ljubljana to Venice and the experience was horrible. The driver was not using the mask, until we asked him to use it and, after protesting he agreed to wear it. But that's nothing, he spent all the trip answering the phone, making calls and writing WhatsApps while he was driving fast and agresively. Moreover, there was no ventilation at all during all the trip and he did not wear the seat belt at any moment, which is not our problem, but It helps to understand the kind of drivers that this company employs and their respect for the most basic rules.

El peor servicio de transporte que he tomado en mi vida. La furgoneta era vieja, sin ventilación en las 2h y media de viaje. El conductor no llevaba la mascarilla ni el cinturón. Mientras conducía por la autovía escribía WhatsApps y cogía constantemente llamadas sin manos libres, tras decírselo ha seguido cogiendo llamadas con los auriculares y tecleando a escondidas. También se ha comido un bocadillo mientras conducía. Increíble. Para denunciarlo.

El día de hoy hemos viajado desde Liubliana hasta Venecia. Hicimos la reserva por medio de vuestra app. Sobre la Empresa: el vehículo no disponía de medidas preventivas para el covid, las ventanas cerradas, y el a/c apagando, 2,30 minutos con una única parada de ventilación. Por otra parte la llegada era al aeropuerto Marco Polo, y nos dejó en la estación de tren de Venecia. No hubo más paradas. Lo que más nos llamó la atención fue la conducta del conductor. Sin mascarilla todo el viaje, sin ponerse el cinturón de seguridad, escribiendo en el móvil mientras conducía, adelantando y con lluvia. De forma recurrente recibía llamadas y las cogía sin manos libres. Se le llamó la atención, su solución fue ponerse un auricular, pero seguía cogiendo las llamadas y por lo tanto cogiendo el teléfono. Puso en riesgo evidente la vida de las personas que viajábamos.

PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE The worst "bus" service I have ever seen in my life. We bought two tickets for Venice/Ljubljana. The location of the stop was not clear at all and we wandered around Venice airport for an hour without finding anything. Finally we went to some cordon in the middle of a giant car park with no sign. We called various phone numbers at least 15 times, but they didn't answer the phone, hung up on us or just said "it's in car park 5" (it was huge). Finally a girl told us to wait in the middle of nowhere after 30 minutes, because the driver was late. A man turned up in a van in a bad state. We were 6 people without ventilation, the driver was not wearing a mask and some of the passengers were not wearing a mask either. Unbelievable

We bought two tickets for the bus transfer Ljubljana-Venice airport on 27 July. Having read all the negative reviews, I was very afraid that the driver would not show up. But on the contrary, the driver arrived about 5-10 minutes before the pick-up time. Since there were only two of us, they sent a van, which was very clean and comfortable. The driver was also very polite and professional. Thank you, DRD!

TO BE AVOIDED ! This company is nothing but a scam, they sell ticket for buses that don't exist. I called them when I understood my bus would never show up : they didn't care at all.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I BOUGHT A TICKET FOR TRANSPORT, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP AT ALL. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID THAT TODAY THE TRANSPORT IS NOT ORGANISED???? PLEASE, AVOID THIS AND SAVE THE TROUBLES. I AM FROM SLOVENIA AND THIS IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY, THE BEST IF YOU HAVE PAID THE TRANSPORT AND THEY DIDN'T ORGANISE, GO TO POLICE IN SLOVENIA AND TELL THEM THAT YOU WENT TO POLICE SO THAT THEY GIVE YOU MONEY BACK.

I used DRD in 2014 without incident. Was able to pay cash at timenof pick up. Fast forward to July 2019, need transfer for couple days out July 28. Only option is to pay online, pay cash is greyed ouy. Order with credit card €39 one time pick up at Marco Polo , departing 12:05pm. Email confirmation received. We waited outside from 11am to 2pm. No shuttle. No number to get through to, no email response as of yet. Soaked as it downpoured all day. Ran to all othrr points they may be. No bus. No shuttle. Staffers on site were upset for us. Ordered on phone with GoOpti, reputable company, and had them within the hour, excat second as promised and expected. I will be sure to get money back from Drd. As well as an explanation. Only now reading these reviews, I realize I am no the first. Not cool.

We travelled in 4/9/2016. DRD van arrived on time in Venice Airport, and the travel to Ljubliana was fine. We realized when we arrived in hotel we forgot a backpack in the van seat , but our concierge called DRD, and a DRD guy delivered the backpack in the hotel. Honest and good service. I just recommend to buy your DRD tickets before your travel, because DRD do not have office in Venice airport.

Yesterday September 29, 2018. DRD bus late picking us up, lengthy arguments between driver and other passengers (in Slovenian I believe) some of whom then get off, 3 remained. Actually drove all the way back to Venice Mestre, other areas inc cruise port eventually arriving some 2 hours later to a remote area God knows where, dropped off other passengers before setting off eventually to Lju. Bathroom stop and another stop for a smoke break as I asked them not to smoke in van. Absolutely no concern for us and 1 other passenger, in fact highly amused and just shrugged off our concerns/questions. No English spoken. Seemed to be asking for our receipt for journey (which they had already seen), but I told them no, sorry I don’t understand you! She saw me taking photos and said ‘no photos’, I said too late, she seemed to understand that! Was actually really concerned for our safety. Driver was constantly speeding, talking on his cell, cuddling up to her, drove the wrong way around a roundabout (I’m not joking) and generally driving badly. Just sent a message to DRD, will see what they come back with!

I am now (on 14 Sept) on the ride from Ljubljana to Venice and below is my experience. I bought the ticket on 27 Aug, and received a receipt that also served as a ticket through email. It is mentioned on that ticket that the gathering point is at the central station of ljubljana. 2 days later I got another email, stating that the gatherimg point changed to the carpark of union hotel business, which is about 5 mins far from the central station. Today at 8:00 I arrived the hotel's carpark and wait until 8:15 and still the bus did not arrive, so i called the phone number on the ticket to see whether anything's alright. The man who received my phone call is the driver of this journey. He knows a very limited english and the only words i could understand is "central bus station". As such I rush to the central station and go to the platform mentioned in the ticket. Fortunately he was there and thus i could get on the bus. After my arrival it seems there is another passenger who is facing similar situation as mine. The driver also ask him to go to the central station with his limited english. I tried to offer help but yet i think the driver could not understand me. In the end the other passenger did not shown up and we left at around 8:30. Similar with other reviews, I found the driver looking at his mobile phone. He also smoking in the car yet opening just a very little windows. There's no air conditioning in the bus so it's quite hot inside woth the smell of cigarette. In terms of the driving speed, i think it's fine as there is cars that drive even faster and the duration is roughly the same as google.

On August 16, 2018 my husband and I along with another couple trying to travel from Ljubljana to Venice had a HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS experience with DRD. I now realize that other people have had very similar experiences after digging online to find just a few reviews of the company. To sum it up we arrived at the Union hotel just before 7:55am for an 8:15am pick up, 8:30am passes and we start along with the other couple waiting for the DRD bus start trying to call the two phone numbers listed. Not till 9:15 do I finally get through to someone and she seems surprised and said she would call back in 5 mins. 15 minutes pass and she calls back and says she is organizing a driver he will be there in 10-15 mins. Well after more waiting and trying to call the company multiple times again with no answer we were picked up just before 11am. So over 2.5 hours late to pick us up. The driver brought his girlfriend and her dog neither of which said hello to anyone or offered any sort of apology for anything. They seemed to claim they did not speak english. We made three stops (the first one we had no idea for what and then the other two were so the driver could take a smoke break). The dangerous part was his driving. He drove so so so fast with a van that had squeaking brakes the whole time, he was cutting off and flicking off other vehicles, answering phone and reading and replying to text messages while driving so so so fast with bad brakes, and talking and looking at his girlfriend the whole time. Instead of taking us to where we were suppose to be dropped off he drove us to the airport first to pick up two women who were being driven back to Ljubljana (reminder we are already 2.5+ hours late). He also did not know where to go to pick these two women up and drove over the curb to get out of the lot with a gate. After talking to these two women who got picked up I found out they were completely lied to. The person from DRD that they talked to said there was an accident and the highway was blocked. This was a complete lie. Similarly to the other reviews I could find when we asked about the company at the hotel and the people at the airport they had no idea who DRD was. Overall, we were late, were given no apologies nor refund, barely were able to contact DRD, and feared for our lives. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DRD!!!!

dtd 버스 절대 타지마세요. 류블랴나에서 베니스가는 버스 8시15분 출발 예약했는데 2시간 넘게 안오고 있습니다. 심지어 전화통화도 잘 안되요. 같이 기다리던 외국인 커플이 회사와 겨우 연락됐는데 15분 뒤에 다시 차를 배차시켜준다해놓구선 20분이 지났는데도 또 안오고 있어요. 이딴 식으로 일을 처리하다니. 최악입니다
