We took the opportunity to spontanuously join Kajak course for one day on 15. August. And we appreciated it so much: super nice and professional guide Roc, clear instructions with so much empathy and feeling for the sport! Really good equipment, perfect service with some food and a dring after. Thank you a lot for the great experrience and hopefully we meet again for a longer lesson! Stay as you are, it`s Premium! This was now the second time my friends and me came to Dejan for Kayak school. Last year we decided very spontaneously to take a 2 day course, had such a great experience so this year we came back for more :)) Being out on the water with Dejan is always so much fun! He is a great instructor who has a very good understanding what to teach you so you get a better and better feeling for the Kayak and the River. He planned the activities in such a way that we always had the right mix of adventure, learning and fun :) And it’s not only the kayak course itself: chilling in the Yurty Bar afterwards, having some beers together, sitting in the sun and making new friends :) it’s such a positive atmosphere :) All in all our time in Soča Valley was again fantastic and the course itself definitely was the highlight of our holiday!! I think it will not have been the last time we visited for Kayaking and Beers :) Thanks a lot again :)

Pour du VRAI kayak sur la soça, c'est ici ! Kayakistes intermédiaires (plus de 2 ans en club), nous avons fait 3 jours (1 seance par jour, plus une session solo bonus pour moi) avec l'excellentissime Dejan. Nous avons progressé bien plus qu'on s'y attendait (à vrai dire on était plutôt là pour descendre et puis voilà). Dejan réussit à être à la fois très tatillon/exigeant/précis sur la technique, expliquer très bien, encourager, être patient... et en même temps à être extrêmement sympa et fun !!! Aller chez lui c'est soutenir une entreprise familiale et honnête qui bosse dur pour ses clients, au lieu d'engraisser les pompes à fric que sont les boîtes de rafting. Je recommande chaudement, quel que soit votre niveau de kayak, vous ne serez pas déçus !!!

We had an amazing time with Dejan and Anka! Friends and me wanted to try kayaking in Slovenia and luck brought us to Dejan. He is an amazing guy and kayak instructor! Spending time with him on the river means you can count with fun, adventure, lot of learnings and all the time saftey! Courses have been super individual, all of us felt good and we really got experience about kayaking as whole package! No comparison to other companies, which often tend to superficial entertainement. Usually I am not visiting places a second time... alrready failed and for sure gonna come back again next year! :) Thanks and see you!

My Boyfriend and I decided very spontaneously to do a two Day Kayka Course for beginners. Dejan - our Guide - showed us the basic technique theory knowlegde of Kayaking within two Days. Dejan is a very experienced Kayaker - even tho the River's current is changing from Year to Year, Dejan can "read" the Water and we felt very safe with him. After your Kayak Trip I recommend to have a Drink in Dejan's "Yurti-Bar" and watch your Analysis-Video there. Big Thank you again - next visit to Soca-Valley is coming soon hopefully!

We took a 2-day Kayak School with Dejan and really enjoyed all of it. The team is very friendly and even in such a short amount of time we learned a lot about kayaking due to Dejan's patient but also challenging teaching.

This year we've been travelling slowenia for the first time and fell in love with it immediatly. Stunning landscape, specially around Bovec!!! That's where Anka and Dejan run their Familybusiness. Besides professionell and super fun outdoor-experiences (we highly recommend it), you can have a good drink with stunning view and in great company at their yurty bar. Very professional but also personal company! Had a great time of advanced kayaking on Soca River with Dejan for two days and everything was perfectly organized and accompanied by Anka. Very friendly team with great stories and perfect knowledge of the area. Happy to book at DK SPORT again next time :)

Dejan from DK Sport is extremely professional in instructing kayak (skiing also), with accurate analysis (both during lessons and afterwards based on videos), clear explanations and careful attention to clients. His pedagogic is outstanding – great for developing one’s technique, even at advanced level, but also to paddle on the Soča River in confidence. I just did my second 3-day kayak school (private/semi-private) with him; again truly excellent, with a good feeling of progress.

We booked a 3h MTB guided tour with DK Sport and we were very happy with this decision. Dejan was a great guide and a wonderful company along the way and at beer afterwards :) Both of us are beginners and the tour chosen by Dejan was perfect and had a bit of everything: easy paths that allowed you to enjoy the great scenery, off-road paths to get the adrenaline flowing and some uphill parts to get you to promise to yourself that you will exercise more when you get home :)) Along the way Dejan told us a bit about local history and surroundings and took very nice pictures. We booked a one-day kayaking course without any prior experience. The booking and communication was easy, fast and very friendly. Dejan was the best guide we could have hoped for! His way of teaching is personalized and highly professional. He is a fun guy with whom we had an entertaining time and gained a lot of knowledge about kayaking technique. Further he gave a lot of insides and recommendations about Slovenia and the local area. We can highly recommend taking courses with Dejan and will definitely come back.

Dejan and Anka were some if the most knowledgeable, brilliant and friendly people we have ever met. The kayaking course was absolutely fantastic with Dejan having years of kayaking experience and passing on his knowledge. All the gear we were provided with was of fantastic quality and always presented well. We would 100% recommend DK Sports to anyone in the Soca valley and we will DEFINITELY be returning!

We had a great kayak school and short trip on the Soca river. We loved it. Especially the kids where totally happy. Great the we could do it as a family only. Dejan was a great trainer. Calm, funny and very professionel. Would always book with them again ! Highly recommended !

Such a great time kayaking with these guys. They explained everything really clearly, went at a good pace and have given me the confidence to go kayaking again. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! we had an amazing day kayaking with Dejan yesterday .and are going again tomorrow to a different stretch of water. Can't fault the experience at at it was exactly what we had hoped for ...a very professional yet personal service with an amazing guide who is passionate about his work. Na spust s kajakom po Soči smo šli družinsko - midva z možem in 8-letni sin. S sinom sva na kajaku začetnika, pa vendar sva se ob Dejanovem spremstvu počutila čisto varno in pogumno. Res je bila ena izmed najboljših aktivnosti našega dopustovanja v Bovcu. Poleg odlične adrenalinske izkušnje nam je Dejan povedal še en kup zanimivosti in geografskih značilnosti Bovca ter nas naučil nekaj kajakaških trikov. Ob koncu pa nas je Anka pričakala s prigrizki in pijačo. Odlična izkušnja, z odličnim spremstvom!!!!

My wife and I did a mountain biking trail and we loved our experience. Dejan was a lot of fun, and he knew a lot about the area and showed us a bunch of hidden gems. We would definitely do it again!

We had a 2-days beginners course with Dejan, where we saw all the basics (forward and backward strokes, ferry gliding, stern rudder, eddy turns...) while discovering the beautiful Soča river, and before doing a nice and more technical ride with rapids the last couple of hours. Dejan always took the time to explain in details the kayaking techniques and made us practice the moves several times with video feedbacks at the end of the day, allowing us to improve fast and feeling secure on the water. Thanks Dejan for this great time and thank you Anka for the rides & organization! I strongly recommend DK Sports.
