We rented from ATET for two separate periods (10 days and 9 days) during our trip to Slovenia. Prise en main dans le centre ville de Ljubljana et dépose à l'aéroport. J'ai un mot : parfait ! Je suis stressé par les locations de voiture d'ordinaire car nous voyons de tout et eux inspirent la confiance. Ils ne poussent à rien, le retour se fait rapidement même si c'est déroutant car il n'y a pas de check out devant la voiture. Nettoyage compris dans le prix. La voiture était neuve avec 11000 km, une Renault Clio. Le personnel est très sympa ! Bref, je recommande, c'est du local et sérieux !

Muy buena experiencia. El servicio antes del alquiler solucionó todas las dudas que tenía. El coche te lo dan casi de inmediato cuando llegas, con un proceso burocrático muy rápido. A nosotros nos dieron un Clio. Recomiendo el seguro “All inclusive” para proteger carrocería, neumáticos y cristales. El precio es más barato que muchas marcas de la competencia y la devolución es igual de ágil. Recomendable.

Decided to use ATET car rental for our week in Slovenia. Couldn’t have been easier. Their price was great and communication through email, very good. They changed my car by request simply when asked. Pick up in the city of Lubjanlja and drop off at the airport was super easy. Would definitely recommend them!

I rented a car there during my trip to Slovenia for 5 days. I got a car with 8k mileage, perfectly prepared and clean. Very friendly service both during reception and return. They released credit card blockage one day after the return. No problems with driving outside of Slovenia if u pay out some extra fee. I made almost 1k kilometres during my trip through the country and the car really helped me to get to know Slovenia better. Totally recommend!

Car was very clean, new and met our needs. We had issues picking the car up because no one was at the office. We had listed a pickup time with our reservation, 2 p.m., and were on time but no one was in the office. It was locked and dark. There was a number posted to call but it went straight to voicemail and was in Slovenian so we could not understand what we were supposed to do. We had to have a neighboring car rental agency call the number and then someone showed up around 5 minutes later.

We rented a car from ATET at their location in Koper, Slovenia. Picking up the car went very well and the car worked out great. I would rent from ATET again.

Muy buena experiencia, tanto por la atención previa al servicio como el servicio en sí. Muy buena comunicación y atención al cliente, te dan toda la información que necesitas para asegurar que no llevarás sorpresas a la hora de llegar allí, ni con el seguro ni con nada. El coche era muy nuevo y perfecto para recorrer el país, un Wolkswagen Golf precioso que respondía bien en carretera, y automático, muy recomendable para recorrer las montañas. La devolución en el aeropuerto un poco caos, porque no hay nadie de ATET al llegar, tienes que dejar el coche y entrar en la terminal (a la oficina) para avisarles. La revisión luego es muy rápida y la devolución del depósito también rápida en 2-4 días hábiles, según el banco. Recomendaría esta empresa sin dudarlo.

Car delivered to our hotel in Ljubljana. New vehicle less than 10k kilometres, ran well, easy return to downtown office, called us a cab to get to train station at end. Good service overall.
