Très bonne expérience, tout s'est très bien déroul, du début à la fin. La voiture prêtée était propre et très agréable à et conduire, même meilleure que celle attendue. Aucun supplément demandé et pas de pression pour contacter une assurance complémentaire. La personne qui m'a accueillie est tres professionnelle et très claire dans les explications. A recommander !

I rented a car from AutoUnion last March for my 4 week Balkans road trip. I chose them because of their high reviews and competitive pricing. They were responsive to all of my questions and it was convenient to be able to WhatsApp when I had a question about my car while I was on the road. Pickup and drop off were easy. The only reason I took a star off was because the first car I got had very high km on it and would lurch repeatedly any time I accelerated. I didn't feel comfortable taking it on such a long road trip so I had to swap it out for a different, more expensive car the next day. I just don't think they should have a car like that in their fleet. Other than that hiccup in the beginning, I had a great experience and the new car I got was very nice. I have no regrets renting from them!

We are traveling to Slovenia having reserved a car through the website. As soon as we arrived they didn't let us rent the car because our card was a debit card. We chose this company because of the good reviews but they left us stranded without offering us any alternative. The information on the website is ambiguous, it says that cash payment is accepted and the car was also fully insured with maximum coverage. The reservation was made with the same card and there was no problem. In addition to this, when I tried to recover the money from my deposit they told me that I have to contact them by email through the website and that the company is out of their jurisdiction. We finally got our money back, but it was a very unpleasant experience. Luckily, we were rented another car from a company at the same airport and we were able to continue our journey.

Everything went super smoothly with the rental. The pickup was very efficient, clear, and hassle-free. I even received a WhatsApp message with pictures and instructions for return. The car was good and very fuel efficient. Return was very speedy; they phoned as I was running late for my flight, and helpfully met me at the parking location for a super quick return. Niets op aan te merken. Vriendelijke en goede service met een duidelijke communicatie. Auto had al wat schade en kilometers op de teller maar reed nog vlot. Ik zou het zeker aanraden.

The car we rented was relatively new, spacious (station), clean and damage free. Although we wondered up front if it would be big enough to travel with 4 adults, it ended up being no problem to travel together in the car with 3 normal sized suitcases and 4 normal backpacks. Pickup and return went smooth.
