I would like to express my gratitude and pay my compliments to Avant Car. I use their long term rent services. They surpassed any expectations by resolving a situation where my car was damaged in Milan, Italy and they came and replaced the car while I was working at a trade show and all of this the next day. You booked a car in the northern district of Ljubljana, which is farther from our city centre office. We apologise for the oversight regarding the illuminated service light, which was unfortunately not reset during the recent regular maintenance. As it was our mistake, we offered a substantial upgrade to a Mercedes B-class. The whole rental process hence took a bit longer than normal as we had to arrange the replacement vehicle. Vær oppmerksom. Les kvitteringene godt. De insisterer på at de selv skal fylle opp bilen din etter et leieforhold. Etter å ha leid bil for en dagstur rundt om i Slovenia, fikk jeg tilsendt kvitteringen for bensin. Kvitteringen viste at det ble fylt mer enn det tanken på bilen tar. Tok kontakt med dem og de innrømmet at det var gjort en feil. Fikk tilbud om å bli returnert 8 Euro, men etter å ha prøvd å avtale hvordan pengene skal bli returnert, har jeg ikke hørt noe fra dem.

We usually operate on a full-to-full fuel policy, where we provide a full tank of fuel and expect it to be returned in the same condition. In cases where this doesn't happen, a refueling fee is applied. It seems like there was an agreement with one of our team members to refuel the car on your behalf this time. Friendly and efficient service, cannot expect more that that from a hire car service-especially at the budget end of things. A couple of notes with this particular pickup location is that there is a subterranean car park with a left and right entrance. You need to deliver the car back to the left-hand side entrance, otherwise you will not be able to find the Avant car reserved parking. Also, be aware that if you select a car which is advertised as ‘or similar’ You are definitely going to get an ‘or similar’ car. For instance, we booked a Volkswagen golf and got an Opel Astra. However, how the two are similar. I do not know.

In the car group you reserved, we do have vehicles like the VW Golf. You could have indeed received a VW Golf, but the Opel Astra was the one available at the time of your rental. Both cars, along with the Škoda Scala and others, are similar in size and features. We aim to keep our fleet fresh, so the exact model can vary. Büro während der Öffnungszeiten geschlossen. Service mäßig. Aber obwohl 100% versichert noch der Versuch zusätzlich Versicherungen zu verkaufen … grenzte schon an Nötigung.
