Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you had a negative experience. When making the reservation (online or in person) you are always informed that the main driver must be in possession of a credit card in their own name when picking up the car. The card must have enough available funds to cover the excess/deposit amount (which will be blocked on the card for the duration of the rental). In case you cannot present a physical credit card (virtual/mobile credit cards are not accepted), you have the option of taking our carefree insurance, which considerably lowers your deposit amount, and this amount can then be blocked on your debit card.
