We took the car for a week. Traveled to Bosnia and Chenogoria. The car is almost new, Opel, 10 thousand mileage, received and delivered the car quickly without problems. I recommend and contact this company in the future

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND DISHONESTY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WHEN RENTING IT OUT, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME 1400 EUROS AS A DEPOSIT, I SAID I HAVE INSURANCE AND THEY DIDNT CARE. SO I HAD TO PAY 150 EUROS EXTRA FOR INSURANCE BECAUSE MY CARD DIDN'T HAVE THAT MUCH LIMIT. RETURNING THE CAR WAS TERROR! THE CAR HAD A BIT OF CHOCOLATE ON THE BACK SEAT AND CRISPS ON THE FLOOR, THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 250 EUROS FOR CLEANING. THEY SAID "IT REQUIRES SPECIAL CHEMICALS" TO REMOVE THE CHOCOLATE STAIN :) AND THEY HAVE CHARGED 50 EUROS FOR A MISSING MAT WHICH WAS ALREADY MISSING! ITS THE WORST CAR RENTING AND A TOTAL RIP-OFF.

Nie wieder avant car Ljubljana.sehr unfreundlicher personal besonders der Leiter. Miha, der zuerst sein name nicht sagen wolte. Lange wartezeit und wir müsten zu einer anderen filiale fahren um das auto abzuholen. Serh sehr unfreundlich und nich kompetent.

We intentionally took the time to explain all the rental conditions to you to avoid any misunderstandings later on because of the language barrier. We regret that you feel the procedure was taking to long. Since you chose to rent a type of vehicle that wasn't available at the office you came to we offered you the possibility of delivering the requested vehicle from another office. You preferred to go to our second office by yourself. If you would have reserved the vehicle in advance we would make sure that the requested vehicle would be waiting for you.
