Happy with their service. Got free upgrade from Mercedes A to Mercedes B, got clean car and there was one friendly guy at the counter. Couldn't recommend more!

We wanted to rent a car on vacation to Slovenia, but if we knew, we would choose another company. We made reservations but due to circumstances had to cancel and the company did not refund. Very bad customer service from Avant Car. From other posts, it seems that many other people also did not have a good experience with this company. There are other companies that choose, for example, Avis, Budget and Eurocar

Pure robbery!!! They charge 50€ if you got a parking ticket, just for there "administrative work" to forward your data.

Uporabljam avant go že skoraj pol leta. Avti so vedno čisti, uporabni in vedno dosegljivi. Zaposleni zelo prijazni. Če narediš kakšno napako se potrudijo to čim prej rešiti v dobro stranke. Res super še tako naprej ☺️💪🏼 Lp Drenusha

Rented a car many times. Cars are nicer than other rental companies, no problems there. I'm giving 3 stars because customer support by mail and phone is terrible.

AVOID AT ALL COST. THEY MADE US PAY FOR SCRATCHES UNDER BUMPER THAT WE DID NOT DO. THE INITIAL CHECK OF THE CAR WAS DONE IN THE GARAGE WITH LITTLE LIGHT AND THE GUY NEVER CHECKED UNDER THE CAR. SURPRISINGLY THE GUY ON THE CHECK OUT LOOKED UNDERNEATH. PLEASE CHECK EVERYWHERE ON ARRIVAL AND COME WITH THE GUY WHEN YOU GIVE THE CAR BACK. WE KNOW WE HAVEN'T DONE ANY DAMAGE THAT IS PURE DISHONNESTY AND GIVEN THE REVIEWS IT HAPPENS REGULARLY...AVOID AT ALL COST.

They are best thief. We rent a normal car, and they give us a electric car. No more options we had. They destroyed our travel.

We returned the car 24 hours before and got no refund. We were charged additionnal insurances that were not mentionned in the initial quote. In the end the rent has been more expensive than other companies with less services.
