Please send your reservation number to avantcar@avantcar.si so that we can investigate your case since we can't find any reservation in our system under your name. If you reserved your vehicle directly with us the payment is done in our office when picking up the vehicle therefore a refund is not a problem. When reserving a car through an internet broker you need to contact the broker where you initially made your reservation for the refund since you also made your payment there and not to us. Dear Traveller, thank you for your message. A deposit is needed when renting our vehicles. The funds for the deposit are reserved on a credit card. The deposit can also be reserved on a debit card if you decide to buy our full insurance (Care free package). Due to security reasons we don't except a deposit in cash. Dear Jo Han, thank You for Your comment. We are sorry for Your experience, but after having reviewed Your case we found out that Your statements aren't true. After You returned the rented car we found a new damage under the bumper, that was not there when You received the vehicle which means it must have happened during Your rent. We believe You handled the car with care, but unfortunately the above damage was not existing when You picked up the vehicle, what can be also seen from check-out / check-in form (with Your signature, confirming the state of the car at the pick-up). Unfortunately we can not accept Your opinion that there was no possibility to see the scratch at the pick-up, since we always inspect the car together with our clients to make sure both sides agree about the state of the car – and as a client You can always take as much time (and demand additional light) as You need to thoroughly inspect the car. We were very surprised by Your statement and false accusations, since: 1) It is not true that You rented a normal vehicle: You made the decision for the electric vehicle by booking an electric vehicle through a broker (You didn't book directly with us) - it was a guaranteed make and model which means You got this exact car, in our case Renault Zoe, which is only available as a 100 % electric vehicle; 2) It is not true that You didn't have other options: To help You, we managed to find and offer You a gasoline vehicle with automatic transmission (as an upgrade) during Your rent, even though it is high season and is extremely difficult to provide additional vehicles - unfortunately You declined this option and this was again Your decision; 3) We supported You several times with all the necessary information regarding the charging possibilities when You were on the road. We are sorry that Your trip didn't work out as planned, but we did everything right and everything in our power to help You, so we can't be held responsible for Your decisions.
