Attention scam: when you dont take their extra insurance (which they will offer to you at different prices!!) the credit card for the deposit is declined. When you take the extra insurance with the lower deposit they take another POS terminal and magically it works. Be careful with child seat, they are in very bad conditions, ours had a faulty seatbelt, very dangerous!!!

Voiture Ok, Service Ok - Mais soyez vigilants: ils vous écrivent que tout est en ordre et qu'ils ont libéré la caution après la location en juillet, et, SURPRISE, près de 4 mois après la location, SANS MÊME VOUS AVERTIR, votre carte de crédit est débitée de frais forfaitaires pour une infraction de roulage dont vous n'avez même pas connaissance mais dont ils seraient en possession depuis plus d'un mois et qui ne vous est jamais parvenu à domicile. LOUCHE et SUSPECT.

Je partage l'avis des clients, arnaque à la carte bancaire. Ils estiment que les cartes de débit (toutes les cartes françaises) ne sont pas fiables et obligent à prendre une assurance.

Arnaque: oblige a prendre l’assurance si l’on n’a pas de carte de crédit car ils ne veulent pas prendre la caution sur une carte de débit. Toutes les autres agences acceptent les cartes de débit il est donc préférable de louer ailleurs.

We have just waited an hour to be served to get our car. 4 people in front of us. 15 minutes per person. Ridiculous. Pre-booked online as well. Will never use again.

I rented a car on the morning of May 17. I didn't know much about deposit then. So the staff had a hard time because of me. But the staff were able to explain and receive the car without complaining. I'm grateful I'll return the car tomorrow morning and say thank you
