DO NOT USE! They don’t document all the damage and then charge you for it! They are proper scammers. They just say ‘show proof that the damage was not done. If you don’t have inch by inch videos of the car before and after you can forget it. Also there is no one there when you pick up and drop off the car so you’ll have to call a Slovenian phone number to ask them to come. Also they wanted a deposit of €800. If you rent regularly you’ll know this is WAY more than anywhere else. I nearly left the office without the car, refusing to pay so much for a deposit. Then I asked if I can pay anything extra in advance to reduce my deposit. They then offered extra insurance for €11 reducing my deposit to €300. Why is this not offered proactively? I’ll tell you why. Because if you pay the deposit they can keep if for the made up damage you caused.

Taking advantage of tourists. No one was even at the location when we showed up. Hard to find location. On top of that when we returned the rental the guy working there "inspected" the car and found "damages" Cost us an additional $400 on what should have been a $300 rental. Clearly taking advantage of us because we were not from Slovenia.

Jurij at the rental desk was very helpful and profesional. Yes, the place is in a truck parking lot location, but a taxi can easily get you there. We ended up taking the local bus after dropping off the car, we had no luggage. A 10 minute walk. Prices were good, car was great. I’d rent again from them.

The company takes advantage of tourists, knowing that they will leave the country. Depot was hard to find and not near any public transport. I dropped the car off at 7pm in the marked location, the day before it was due. Then the office charged me for an additional day. Even after I provided evidence, the office ignored me and never provided a refund. I do not recommend.

Customer service literally could not be better. We had some car troubles, with a new car so they couldn't have anticipated this, and they did their absolute best to make it right. We highly recommend Enterprise. We've never had a bad experience with them and have been using them for years!

Worst Enterprise Station ever! Booked a car online through official Enterprise website and had to cancel the reservation. I got an email that it was canceled, but the money was taken from my bank account anyways. For 3 months now I'm trying to get the 200 euros back but the Station Manager is hiding behind the excuse, that they are just a Franchise and don't have anything to do with the payment. Unfortunately no one can give me any information about where the money is, whom I could call and all my official complaints are unanswered. Never ever again Enterprise especially this station.

These guys were amazing! The service was exceptional and the value for money was great. We hired a car from here to see the Slovenian sights. They picked us up from our accommodation and dropped us off. The whole process was super easy! Look no further when renting a car in Ljubljana...go here!

My rental experience was far from perfect, BUT the service and the staff's professionalism were OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately, they did not have any automatic vehicles inventoried when I arrived and I had technical problems with the car. Things don't always go as expected and I'm fully understanding of this. They however went out of their way to resolve every issue I encountered and for that reason I will continue to give my business to Enterprise. The agency in downtown Ljubljana is incredibly trustworthy and staff take the effort to satisfy customers with excellent service! 5/5.

Super Service. Wir hatten das Auto am Flughafen in Ljubljana gemietet und in der Stadt abgegeben. Die Station liegt etwas außerhalb. Wir wurden in die Stadt gefahren, das war super. Hat uns die Taxi kosten gespart.

Be aware the rental location is inside a truck depot! The rental agency worked well, I just couldn't find them. I spent an hour driving in circles trying to locate this rental office to return a car I'd rented in Split. My GPS took me to the gate of a truck lot. The gate was closed and unmanned. I thought it was an error. It wasn't until I had the hotel concierge call to get directions that I was told to drive around to the back side of the lot and weave through several parking lots to get to the car rental business. Very frustrating! I did try calling for directions but couldn't get through due to phone issues. The photo is from google street view. It's much busier there now with a Harley Davidson store just to the left and the lot full of trucks.

The entire process was seamless and affordable, but the differentiator was the service. The employees truly exceeded my expectations. Jernej was thorough about the policies and car details. He even provided travel tips for our itinerary. Gasper helped us with the return process and was quite fun to chat with during the ride back to the city center. I left my painting after returning the car and Gasper actually called to let us know he found my painting and delivered it personally after he finished work without charge. I was so delighted to have my painting and really thankful for the help.

Our rental agent, Gaspar, at the downtown Enterprise car rental location in Ljubljana was incredible. Not only did he wait an extra hour past closing for us to show up to drop the car off, but he also patiently talked us through directions when the GPS led us to the wrong place, and then was even so kind as to drive my friend, her baby and I to our hotel. The service at this car rental location was above and beyond what we could have ever expected and we are incredibly grateful! Would highly recommend renting from the downtown Ljubljana Enterprise after this experience, and are still very grateful for Gaspar's kindness!

Very friendly staff, first and foremost! The service was perfect, we got an upgrade on the car, too, and after returning the car, we got shuttle service back to the city for free. The station is a bit hidden, but it's easy to reach by bus and car alike. Absolutely recommended!

Wonderful staff and company. We were greeted by a super friendly staff member. We were upgraded in car size which was wonderful for our trip. The car was new, clean and super comfy. The cost was very reasonable too. The pick up and drop off.

I had a terrible experience with them. They told me they wouldn't charge me for sending their own rental people to boost my car and that paying for a mechanic would cost a lot. When I settled the bill, they charged me for the rental company coming to boost my car. No transparency and very shady.

Agence un peu difficile à trouver (à l'écart du centre de Ljubjana dans une zone industrielle accessible en bus). Impossible de trouver l'entrée, le personnel vous appelle et viens vous chercher (en théorie, ils n'avaient pas mon numéro car je suis passé par un revendeur en ligne). N'hésitez donc pas a appeler si besoin. Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. En ce qui concerne la voiture, nous avons été surclassés pour passer d'une petite Opel corsa à une belle Skoda neuve et très bien équipée. Nous avons dû payer 17€ en plus pour la vignette pour conduire en Slovénie. Nous avons été raccompagnés gratuitement dans le centre de Ljubjana après avoir rendu là voiture.
