BE ALERT WHEN RENTING AT ENTERPRISE LJUBLJANA!
When I picked up my rental car at the Enterprise airport office I was asked to pay the 57,99 euros which was still open to be paid. I paid it cash to the office manager. (Yannick Kralj). He printed out the booking agreement, I signed it, but he had to print it out again because there was some wrong information on it. I signed the 2nd one, without seeing that this agreement didn't confirm my 57,99 euros cash payment. When returning the car they took 57,99 euros from the creditcard, because the office manager insisted that the 58 euros haven't already been paid on arrival by me.
I wonder if this is just an administrative mistake or that the office manager (Yannick Kralj) found this to be a lucrative way to earn some extra money by scamming tourist this way. I got his email adress, but he doesn't respond on the many emails I send him. Enterprise is a good rental company, but pay attention when renting at Ljubljana Airport, especially if you are being helped by Yannick Kralj.
