1. Arrived and office was closed so had to wait in the rain for 40 minutes 2. Asked for an £850 charge on a debit card (not an Amex or credit card) for a 1 day rental. I do not trust that you will het the money back upon return. No where does it state it will be nearly £1000! Online it says £200. 3. Not worth hiring a car here

Do not recommend this agency. It has been said to me by the person working there I should call 20minutes before arriving (after the office hours), which is what I did but unfortunately I still had to wait 20 more minutes by 5 degrees at 9:30pm. Then, the car which has been provided to me was not the one I rented online. caution was 850 euros, and when I gave back the car, I asked when it would be returned : he said 1 week. 10 days after, I called because still nothing and he said to me money was on the way back. Finally, I received my caution only 1 month after. I mean, I have nothing against receiving the caution after 1 month, BUT DON’T LIE TO PEOPLE, they might need money to live! I put 2 stars because I got a car, and my caution back. But removing 1 star for lying about returning of caution, 1 star for the 20 minutes delay when you said to call before which I did, and 1 star for not having the car I first rented online. To be honest that was very stressful but I would recommend if possible to rent a car in another agency, even if it is a bit more expensive, but if it can avoids you stress then it is already a good thing!

Reserved a compact car but was "upgraded" to an SUV. While I would have preferred a smaller car, the car we received was pretty good and was easy to drive. The office was closed at the drop-off time. On calling the number on the door, I was told to leave the keys at the pizzeria nearby. This is not an ideal situation as you are not present for the inspection of the returned car. The €400 deposit was returned within a few days.

Les modalités de location de l'agence de Bled ont été tellement incomplètes et imprécises qu'elles nous ont semblé louches et que nous avons finalement annulé notre réservation (alors même qu'on sait qu'on ne sera pas remboursés). Nous n'allons pas prendre le risque d'être débités de 400 euros de caution, de rendre les clés à l'hôtel voisin et d'être arnaqués avec des frais cachés. Le service client Europcar n'a pas été plus rassurant : on a été baladés de conseiller en conseiller depuis un call center situé à l'étranger (numéro surtaxé en prime). Europcar plus jamais !

I can not recommend this company at all. We rented a car for a few days (which had a lot of scratches and was not cleaned inside so make pictures, just in case they complain about the damage) and when we returned it, they said we would get our depot back on monday or Tuesday (we returned the car on Friday). 2 weeks later and we still haven't got our money back. Our local europcar dealer already tried to contact them but no reply. It's the first time I've rented a car and thanks to europcar it will stay like this unless I have no other way.

Was closed on dropoff time despite being a) known in advance and b) business hours, called, left car and key as instructed, received invoice with additional day claiming I had a late return. Upon contact though my booking agency, denied any refund

Thank you so much for renting. The service is perfect: it took less that hour after we called and asked for the car until we drive. The responsible person was very polite and friendly. We took the car at Bled lake and returned in in Ljubljana next day free of charge. Very good car. Thank you so much!

In our case, received the car easily. We had to leave early and since we knew that no damage was done to the car, left the keys in the hotel nearby. Invoice received in the mail only for expenses that needed to be settled. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

1. Booking. 08.05.18 booked the car on the website, as the office was closed on the weekend. Tourist city, and the weekend closed, funny. 2. Issue. After booking, you will receive an email message, do not make a call, you do not know whether you will receive a car or not. Booked a Volkswagen golf, but brought reno twingo. To look for another car once, had to agree. Car in the chips and dents. Glass is cut, in the evening it was difficult to go in the rain. Lights are very weak, almost no light.The Manager is polite and helpful, arrived on time. Made out the contract for a long time. The Deposit of 400 euros was debited from the account, although it is blocked under the contract.Returned the Deposit through its cancellation in the Bank 20 days later. Was planning a trip to Ljubljana, Trieste and Klagenfurt. The Manager issued an additional insurance. 3. Acceptance. The office was closed at the appointed time. Called the Manager, he asked to leave the documents and the key at the hotel nearby. On of no one not came. We took care of the car. How to prove that the car is OK without inspection Manager - don't know. 4. Summary. Booking is satisfactory. Machine have provided another. Her condition is satisfactory. The Manager's job the rapture is not called satisfactory. The Deposit is not returned to the letter through the site the company did not respond. Overall rating 3 out of 5.
