Dropped off a car here a few days ago and the woman working there was extremely helpful and professional. My only downside would be that there is no car park for drop off which makes it more challenging, and so you have to hope to find street parking.

Excelente!! Recogimos el auto sin ningún tipo de problemas y puntualmente. La entrega fue excelente y los trámites rápidos. La explicación de quien nos lo entregó sobre paso de fronteras y demás también fue correcta. Cuando devolvimos el coche, también fue rapidísimo y, necesitábamos entregarlo ANTES de la hora pactada y lo pudimos hacer porque quien nos debía recibir el auto llegó antes de tiempo. El mismo día de la devolución del vehículo nos devolvieron el deposito de la garantía que nos habían retenido y como a los 12 días de la entrega dicho deposito no estaba en la tarjeta, los contactamos y de manera muy rápida nos enviaron el comprobante de la devolución para que reclamaramos en el banco y efectivamente fue un tema bancario y NO de Europcar. Realmente no tuvimos ningun inconveniente y recomendamos alquilar con ellos.

Responding to the owner who replied to King Hwa Chong earlier. It is not true that you waited for us. I was with him. There was no one at the shop at all. The shop was closed. One of the numbers you listed, ending in 058, was also on the door. We called this repeatedly, and texted also. The other number you gave ending in 055 was not listed on the door. We called the emergency number as well. No one answered. What you posted is certainly not true. Also, it is not true that you did not have our number. When we made the reservation this was on the booking. You could have called us but you did not. And if you were closing or could not be at the shop, you could also have called or texted us to let us know earlier but you did not. Please do not lie and give excuses for your poor service.

Lousy experience. I made a booking to pick up a car here at 2pm. Arrived to find the place closed. Tried calling both numbers listed there on the door. No reply. the emergency number in the app and email is useless. No one picks up. We called and texted without any response. Attempts to use the website directed us to yet another useless bot. The web form did not work. Seems like there is no way to contact Europcar. This is absolutely ridiculous!This greatly inconvenienced us and left us without any forward transport. Europcar is a large firm but this sort of service is rubbish and deplorable. Highly unreliable and irresponsible. Will never use them again.

These guys have been keeping blocked amount on my credit card for two months now! The customer service is beyond bad, there are plenty other providers of rent a car service close by that are much better. Stay away!!!

Very unfriendly staff! They found a small damage under the car, I wasn't resposible for. I did't climbed under the car at pick up, so i couldn't proof it was there before. He said, he have to send the photos to Ljubliana to check if they have to repair it. One day later they send me a mail. They took 91.50 € from my credit card although I had a premium extra insurance for 30 € where you pay nothing for damages. Never again!
