BE CAREFUL!! THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. • My rental fee was €169.26. • On 10th Sep, I paid €800 deposit + €169.26, total €969.26. • On 16th Sep, they confirmed the car was fine and said the deposit would be returned. • By 17th Sep, the €969.26 was still on hold, and they charged me another €169.26. • From 18th to 23rd Sep, I asked about the deposit, and they kept blaming the bank. • On 24th Sep, they assured me the deposit was returned, but that same night they charged me another €169.26. I should’ve only paid €169.26, but Free2rent is trying to steal €1138.52 without my consent or any invoice—this is theft. If there was a 0-star option on Google Maps, I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I’ve attached all the proof for you to see. My advice: • Don’t be tempted by their low prices. • After paying, keep checking your bank account regularly—they might charge you extra anytime. • Maybe invest in their stock, because if they steal from every customer, they might become the next NVDA!

Terrible experience. Car (blue Suzuki Swift) had 80,000km + and a pretty worn out clutch. However, despite returning car on Sunday with a full tank and the employee (Caspar) confirming all was in order with no additional charges, Free2Rent then fraudulently claimed EUR 40 for filling the already full fuel tank. Reported for fraud. AVOID.
