I booked a small car but got a station wagon. The car is new, clean, with all the necessary functions and a rear view camera, so parking it was not difficult. I received the keys at the agreed time. And It was just as easy to return the car. An electronic version of the contract with the indicated damage to the car was sent to my email. The most convenient thing for me was the opportunity to pay with a debit card, subject to the purchase of full insurance and the deposit was very modest, which was soon returned to my card. I am satisfied with the experience of renting a car with this company.

The general experience was terrible. They charge you for damages that the car already had and the quotes are overpriced, 220 euros for scratches that could be repair with polish. To begin with, when we received the car we were told the car was already insured and we were not offered any extended insurance for liabilities. The guy that deliver the car did not take us to the car to check it before receiving it. We took some pictures from the damages we could find, which were very prominent all around and a lot of scratches. The car parts where the supposed damages appeared were already very scratched, and they only appeared after the employee checked the car when returning with a special light. It is impossible to determine which of the damages were already done to the car since we were not provided with the same tools and therefore they are charging quotes for other people’s damages. The car was definitely not in perfect conditions, therefore I do not understand how they charge renters the invoices since they don’t actually get them repaired. They just rent it afterwards with those damages and expect people to find each and every single one before receiving the car after a long travel journey. Definitely a bad experience to rent with this company.

Recently hired a car from green motion Ljubljana they were absolutely brilliant. Had problems with our flight to Slovenia so ended up arriving a day late. And they re arranged the hire for later at no additional costs and even gave a free car upgrade. The car was very clean and well looked after. I would definitely hire from them again 🙂🙂

Helpful man at the desk - answer my questions related to Slovenija too :) I got Pegeout 208 - the vehicle in good condition with all needed functions working. Fastly give back car on return. Moreover they accept debit card for deposit if you buy full insurance (and there is such info on the site within the price list). Gonna use this service again when will be here again.
