Best car rental experience I've ever had. Fair price, not the cheapest, but all-inclusive, even a toll pass. All negotiated over Whatsapp. Totally flexible, picked us up at our hotel and arranged very convenient dropoff and payment. Plus a pretty good travel guide! Thank you, again.

Wij zijn afgelopen zomer ongelofelijk goed geholpen door Dejan. Helaas hadden we pech met onze gehuurde camper en kon deze niet spoedig worden gemaakt. Daarom waren we op zoek naar een huurauto. Dejan heeft voor ons niet alleen een huurauto geregeld, maar regelde ook een garage die onze camper eerder kon repareren. Dejan heeft alle contacten gelegd met de garage en gezorgd voor het transport. Daarnaast hield hij ons de hele tijd op de hoogte en konden we Slovenië verder ontdekken met de fijne huurauto. Echt een top service/bedrijf van een vriendelijke en eerlijke man. Wij zouden dit bedrijf aan iedereen aanraden.

Above and beyond is an understatement! Dejan’s name frequently appears in the reviews for a reason. This company is more than a rental car company. They have a human touch and truly care, which is so rare to find. My husband traveled to Slovenia and rented a vehicle. Had a flat tire and they sent help immediately. They also were a great resource while traveling, and willing to help with random questions unrelated to the car rental. Most importantly, they helped my son when he was in a bind and recently needed transportation from Smartno, a tiny rural village, to Trieste, Italy airport at 3:30 am. Dejan handled it all in less than 20 minutes. The ride arrived early, got him there safe and sound. They are also very easy to reach by phone and text! All for prices much less than the major names you are most familiar with seeing. I have never been more impressed than any company I have ever worked with- thank you idealRENT for everything!

Excellent service by idealRENT team especially Dejan and Luka. We found a new and very comfortable car waiting for us at our desired pick-up location which we could use to drive into Slovenia, crossing the border without any issues and not having to pay anything extra since all was included. Communication was very easy and the owner was checking in on us to make sure all was well with the car. Very easy payment as well, and price was the best that we found for our needs. Would definitely recommend using idealRENT Slovenia.

Dejan and his team are fantastic. I recommend idealrent 100%. The process was so easy through Whatsapp with Dejan. It is a local business and Dejan and his team are honest, they really care and want you to enjoy their beautiful Slovenia without stress. They know the roads extremely well and when I told them I would be driving to the Logar Valley via Austria, they gave us the best car for the tight roads and bends. It was perfect. The car was brought to our accommodation for us and picked up when we left. You won’t find better prices and this is more than a normal car hire company. I knew that if we had a problem, Dejan and his team would be there for us to help us. Thank you Dejan and your team. You are amazing. My family and I will be back to your wonderful country.

100 % zu empfehlen!!! Meistens sind Autovermietungen unpersönlich, aber hier haben wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Unsere Wünsche wurden übererfüllt. Das Auto zu uns zum Bahnhof gebracht und spät abends wieder abgeholt. Wo gibt's denn so was? Toll! Alles ohne viel Aufwand über WhatsApp und auch schnell was telefonisch klären. Super relaxt. Très bonne expérience. Nous cherchions un loueur à Lubjana et c'etait compliqué: besoin d'une carte de crédit, trop cher, plus de véhicule... Nous sommes tombé sur Idealrent et tout a été facile: tarif parmi les moins cher, vehicule récent, livraison et reprise du véhicule à Ljubjana sans supplement, paiement avec notre carte de debit Française à l'issu de la location sans supplément via une application sécurisée. Franchise standard à 1000€ (pas de deposit). La réservation s'est faite par whatsapp ce qui peut paraître étonnant, mais au final tout s'est passé parfaitement. Merci.

Highly recommend Dejan and Ideal Rent. Very simple booking process and easy to communicate with Dejan via WhatsApp and Messenger. Car collection and drop off both very straightforward. Paid by sumup after car returned. We had a great car and travelled in Croatia and Slovenia. Best car hire company we have used.
