Er wordt gezegd dat er een auto beschikbaar is en vervolgens word je de hele dag genegeerd. Nog nooit zulke slechte service meegemaakt. Bij andere reacties heeft de eigenaar gereageerd dat ze het druk hebben, maar dat is een heel slap excuus voor een dergelijke behandeling. Geef dan gewoon aan dat het te druk is.

Incredible experience. Communication through WhatsApp easy and efficient. Car pickup at train station seamless and personalized. Spotless and well maintained car (with last minute upgrade!) and vignettes applied. Car dropoff coordinated without issues. Lots of options for pickup and dropoff locations. Pricing extremely competitive and no one-way fees, even across borders. This car rental is not just in comparison to the mediocrity and poor service that has pervaded the car rental industry across the world. Dejan and his employees have truly built an excellent company that delivers great experiences. If you are visiting Slovenia (or really anywhere in southern Central Europe) and need to rent a car, highly consider idealRENT.

Is it possible that a car hire company can score 4.8? Well idealRENT gets 10 stars from us. A 6 week hire was the best car hire experience we have ever had. Dejan was superb in every possible way. A brand new car exceeded our expectations. The ease of the hire, the communication, the pick up and drop off was second to none. Dejan showed a genuine desire to help us in every way including recommendations of where to visit. He is such a great guy so we met him for a vino and a great chat. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE A CAR FROM DEJAN, YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

Amazing experience hiring from Dejan, we had an accident in our rental car hired from Alamo in Italy and received no help at all from them with a new car so felt like the trip was doomed. I found ideal rent on google maps and Dejan was extremely helpful and flexible with dropping off the car. We were also nervous telling him we damaged our previous rental but he was very reassuring. Dejan also helped us by calling our accomodation, and he had local recommendations for us. This is the best experience I have ever had hiring a car! Thank you very much :)

Fantastic service, the best experience I've had renting a car Pick up and Drop off was easy and flexible on location. Booked everything via WhatsApp. Really nice new car. Would recondmend driving Vrsic pass on a clear day, stopping at the Soca valley and Bovec. Then drive back through Italy via lake Fusine - several waterfalls and viewpoints on the way.

Renting from here was a fantastic experience. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Bled and needing a car. The manager, Dejan, is an outstanding guy and gave us recommendations on places to visit in Triglav National Park, as well as fantastic dinner recommendations. He told us about the car train to save us some driving and time. He even let us arrive home late for the day, leave the car at the hotel, and they picked it up the next morning. The rental car was very clean and nearly new. We had no issues. We drove all day through the National park and spent less then 20€ on fuel. Best rental car experience of my entire life.
