We got lucky to have Tilen Mandelc as a driver, tour guide…. very experienced and friendly, we learned a lot about Slovenian culture , we were going far but having Tilen Mandelc made the drive easier and very pleasant. When we come back we will definitely ask for him again

Stay away from this agancy We had a very bad experience. There was a very tiny scratch on the car that didn't happen on our fault. The guys in the store gave us the wrong instructions and were very unprofessional. When we arrived at the company, the guy was very rude and inconsiderate, and told us that they are going to take the full deposit for a tiny scratch. This was a bad experience, don't recommend it to anyone.

Don’t get near!!! We had a very small accident with another car. That was the other car’s fault. We asked the company what to do and they made us call the police and make a one hour process to get a report that says that he is guilty. When we returned the car they took our deposit (300 euros for the smallest scratch ever) and said they have nothing to do with the report they told us to do instead of telling us to ask him for the money. They were also really not nice. Just don’t go there they are terrible. The photo of the 300 euros scratch is attached

Great service! We used the taxi service multiple times during our stay in Bled, including a transfer from the airport and to Ljubljana. Very professional, reliable and punctual. Friendly drivers with a fair agreed price. Communication was easy and quick on WhatsApp. Would recommend during your stay in Bled.

The planning of my trip to Slovenia was almost a year and I came across Rent a Car Abe through the internet. It was a blessing that I found this rent a car service. Abe was very patient with me with all questions from airport pick up, car rental and some special arrangements. Not only they have car rentals but also airport pick up if you request for it. They also provide a driver service to go from Ljubljana to Croatia or Trieste, Italy or any nearby towns which I think was absolutely amazing! Tilen, our driver was wonderful and drove us safely from Ljubljana airport to Lake Bled. I will definitely come back as a customer and highly recommend this company! Abe was also kind by checking on us, texting us if everything was OK even until we got back home to the United States! This made my heart so happy! Definitely will come back to Slovenia and book with Abe. Thank you so much! See you again soon!

Received a prompt response, was asked for documents in advance and everything was ready when I arrived to collect the car. The staff member was friendly, to the point and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) that recently visited Slovenia. I am a physically disabled person so we rented a car from this company to be able to do more and anyone that is disabled will know that public transport is difficult but getting to the bus/train stops are even worse. Well this wonderful kind company kindly delivered our car to our hotel to save me any difficulties for just petrol costs and also collected in the evening when it was convenient for me. I am beyond grateful for his kindness. The car was clean and reliable. We didn’t have any issues and every aspect from booking to collection and drop off was easy and well communicated. We communicated via WhatsApp and I purchased the rental through the website. Through our holiday, we received a message to check everything was okay and once we arrived home to the UK, we received confirmation that the deposit was returned. 10 days later, the company checked to make sure it was received and everything was okay. You wouldn’t get this service anywhere else. Absolutely superb and I can highly recommend. We would normally purchased via the airport but we read great reviews on this company so we decided to try them out and I’m so glad we did. Thank you for making our experience wonderful. Stay away!! My experience was a complete disaster. I got a car for 3 days (kia Rio). It was full of scratches, but was working. We took a photo of all the visible scratches and after 3 days we returned the car. It was quiet expensive too (95€ a day for the cheapest car), but everything went good upon returning it. I got my deposit back and that was that. After a few hours a worker there called me, that there was one Scratch, that was not on the photos. I came to have a look and it turns out, that there was one very small scratch in the bottom, that was not on the photos, but it was in the same place and next to the Others, that were in the photos. Then he offered me to pay the deposit or geht sued by the insurance company. Anyway, it smells like a fish and it is a fish. Hopefully you do Not fall for that trap.

Nous avons loué une voiture pour un trajet à travers l'ouest du pays pendant 4 jours, étant en vacances. Très bon rapport qualité prix, staff aimable et de bons conseils, entreprise flexible et arrangeante (possibilité de rendre la voiture ailleurs que le point de location sans frais). Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

My advice. DON’T go near this place to hire bikes. They are allowed to cancel for bad weather but customers can not. There are 2 other bike hire shops nearby - try them.

Ottimo servizio di noleggio bici direttamente sul lago di Bled Super consigliato: - prenotazione delle bici via whatsapp in 2 minuti: comodissimo!!! - grande gentilezza e cortesia: siamo arrivati a ritirare le bici 15 minuti in ritardo per problemi di traffico e non c'è stato alcun problema - prezzi più che onesti, bici nuove e in ottimo stato, casco fornito insieme ad ogni bicicletta. - perfetta anche la bici per il bambino di 7 anni!

Una autentica vergonya. El cami estava tallat i no ens van tornar diners i vam rebre un tracte pessim. Really bad service. Path were closed and they didnt return us the money eith a bad and poor service. Please use another place.
