Really good company ! We found a car at a really good price in the morning when all the other renting places had only very expensive cars available. We weren’t charged any extra fees in addition to the initial price, even though we returned the car 3h late because it had been towed.

We rented a car for 3 days to drive to Bled and surrounds and back. The people were really friendly, service was excellent. Good price compared to other car rentals.

I can not say enough good things about this car rental. The service was great. They met us at the airport to give us the car. (They were waiting with a sign with our name on it when we arrived) The car was nice, clean, ran great. And their prices were terrific! We highly recommend them.

There are a few things I do not agree with how this company handle their bussiness: 1. First, we booked a car (174.50€) via their website. Shortly, we get an e-mail that the website is not “connected”. Which is why we have no other choice than to book a more expensive car (245€) or no car at all. Therefore, we kindly asked if it’s possible to give us the same rate as the car we wanted to book. As this was an error on THEIR website and we have a budget. But the man kept repeating, it was an error and it wasn’t possible. 2. When we arrived to receive the car, we asked for an English contract, which is “not possible”. Although terms and conditions were in English?! 3. When returning the car, we get charged because the blocks of the fuel wasn’t the same as when it got delivered to us. But the guy who delivered the car on the first day claimed we should refuel the same kms he wrote down for us on the Slovenian contract. Apparently he wrote the driving kilometers. Because of this incident, we mentioned to the man who we'd to return the car to a bad review would be the outcome if he would charge us 10€ due to wrong information being provided. He did do some effort to call, I assume, his boss but they REFUSED to drop the 10€. After receiving the bad review from my friend, 2 Renty employees contacted me via WhatsApp. Firstly, it is NOT okay to pass my personal phone number like that. They got the money they asked for. And we'd already warned them, we'd give them a bad review. It should not be a surprise… The employee asked us to give them a 5 star review in return for the €10. By no means have we accepted the €10 for a 5 star review. It is all about the principle. If they really cared about their service, they would have exempt the €10 we had to pay immediately when we were returning the car. Positive about this company is that it's very cheap but you are warned about costs they'll charge you after. Actually one of their employees already warned us that this company had their own way of doing their business (this wasn't meant in a positive way). Which they proved.

Dear Queenie Lo, we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. We have investigated your case again but came to the same conclusions as explained in the e-mail sent to you. We are sorry, but our staff have no authorization to give any monetary compensation in return for a good review or in exchange for not writing a bad one. This is against our company policy and below we wish to show you the outcome of our investigation we had regarding your case. 1. INQUIRY - RESERVATION When you are on our website and choosing cars, you are making only inquiries. That's why we also do not need any pre payment or credit card details during your inquiry. It also clearly stated on our website process -  the last step "Thank you for your inquiry..."  Also at the e-mail, you receive - "your inquiry is submitted.." (Feel free to do it again and see if for yourself). Until our staff confirms your inquiry and makes it to the actual reservation. 2. BEST COST/VALUE RENT A CAR IN SLOVENIA Our staff replied to your inquiry just 3 hours after you have made it and fortunately all the small cars were sold. They tried really hard to find a car for you as it was high season. It's when you still had the possibility to chose another company. But as Renty is the cheapest rent a car in Slovenia, lots of people chose us, just like yourself - as after we offered another car you had the possibility to chose another company, but still we were the cheapest with best quality service. Feel free to do another comparison of us with other car rental companies. 3. RENTY HAS NO HIDDEN COSTSAfter receiving a bad review from your colleague - Mrs Sheng Wu, our customer care agent contacted you in order to check what was wrong. As mentioned to him, the main problem was a lack of fuel. Renty does not have any hidden costs or unexpected fees - that's why in case you bring back less fuel, we have no "fill up fee" like other companies (30-50 eur), we only charge the missing fuel to a similar price from the local Gas station. So we only charged 10 eur. Its possible that the missing fuel was only 8-9 eur, but we must make sure its not to lower that we receive it, so that's why we "round up" to 10 eur.  We make pictures of the cars and fuel status before every rent - including yours. So we made a double check, but there was a missing fuel and we had to charge it (but only 10 eur, and no other hidden costs like fill-up fee) 4. WE CAN NOT GIVE ANY MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR 5**** REVIEW. After our customer care agent called you and tried to explain the situation - so you would understand there was nothing wrong from our side. He asked if the problem is only 10,00 EUR for the lack of fuel - and if this is the reason for a bad opinion about us - we can reimburse that back to you.  You refused and told him, that you want the entire money from the booking and you would change your opinion. But we could not accept your offer to return the whole amount, as there was nothing wrong with our side and it's against our company policy to accept monetary extorsion for good reviews. To conclude, we are truly sorry to hear you are not happy with us, however, we can only hope that you come again and that you would have a better experience. Foncez! L’agence Renty est complètement fiable et beaucoup moins cher que les agences de location internationales. Le personnel est adorable avec ses clients, à l’écoute et prêt à aider à tout moment. Voiture impeccable. L’un d’entre eux nous a même généreusement ramenées en voiture au centre-ville, quoi demander de plus? Un bus vous amène à l’agence depuis le centre, ou 5€ en taxi. I have been renting cars from Renty car since the beginning of my Erasmus, and I would not consider renting from anyone else. I rent cars every week with them and I can guarantee that nothing ever went wrong. From the moment I make each reservation, this company is on top of everything.
