Terrible customer service and straight lying bunch of scammers. This company scammed me out of 250 euros for reparation of side mirror glass on Opel Corsa, which was not even broken when I returned the veichle (there were two minor scratches on the outside and the mirror itself was not even broken). Furthermore the incident was not my fault because someone accidentally damaged the mirror on the parking lot. This was also confirmed by the police, but Renty did not care and said it was my responsibility. However the contract specifically asserts that all damage is covered by the company if it is not customer's fault. I would advise to stay far away from this scammers.
