Estuvimos por Eslovenia mi esposa y yo y por una necesidad de transporte llegamos a Renty sin reservación. El personal muy amablemente nos brindó una opción económica y el carro estaba en excelentes condiciones. Siempre fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron con todo. Definitivamente los recomiendo. Saludos

Had a great experience renting with Renty. Got a free upgrade to a Opel Astra wagon which was great. Car was in near new condition and a pleasure to drive. Staff were helpful and on hand to answer any questions. Trip around Slovenia went on without a hitch. An inspection was done promptly upon return and they sent us on our way. Very happy with the service and quality of car provided.

We picked up a good car with a really dirty back seats (like sweat or sea water - both seats). A bit disgusting and unbeliable, but it was like this. Luckily we didn't plan to use them at all, and we didn't put anything on finally, so didn't pay too much attention. We acted a bit trusty and didn't make them write it down on the contract. Just took a picture to keep it. So amazingly, we ended up paying an extra amount to clean the 'back seats'. After proving the left one was already dirty with the picture (only picture we had), version changed and in the contract appeared a hand writing sentence saying 'left one was already dirty'. Amount charged kept the same. On the other hand, during the trip we had some trouble with air conditioned that was not working at some point, we wrote them as demanded but only answer we got is 'Which car you have?'. OMG! We expected they had a clear list of which customer picks each car!!! Well, no solution, not even an option to check it. (Edited 23/09/19): Finally, we got a call from them so we could speak for a while about all that happened. They acted really eficiently and finally took the decision that agreed both sides. So we can say now, they are clearly concerned about taking care of customers and really into offer a good experience.

Poceni, kvalitetno in hitro. Na vsa vprašanja vedno odgovorijo in vsak problem rešijo še isti trenutek. Najbolj mi je v spominu ostalo, ko sem izgubil svoja predraga sončna očala. Nisem mogel spati ob misli, da sem jih izgubil in da takšnih ne bom nikoli več imel. Nakar mi iz Renty-ja pošljejo sliko, da so jih našli. Res prijazno osebje, čista vozila in pozitivna energija.

Usually car rental places rip you off, they always have some new fee you have to pay onsite that was not originally specified online... not with Renty Car. They offered an incredible good price (for a country as expensive as Eslovenia), they were clear with the insurance fee, etc. And they payments were smooth and the staff explained everithing in perfect English! The best rental car I have ever seen (and I have been in many countries)

In short - it's a great car renting company. They are always polite, they have a modest car park and the pricing isn't expensive. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Très bonne agence pour louer des voitures. J'ai loué deux fois et aucun soucis. Les prix sont extrêmement bas comparés aux autres agences et un tarif spécial pour les étudiants est disponible. Le seul soucis est qu'elle est excentrée mais ça vaut largement le coup de s'y rendre. Je recommande fortement !
