"Small but great company ❤️" I compared the reviews on big car rental companies in Slovenia (you know which all :) ) and their reviews were horrible, then i found this local company with attractive prices and great reviews. I was skeptical at first as their prices were really good, but then i choose it. It was a great decision to take it, i was really happy with their service. They offered me an upgrade, gave me a brand new car with great features. Moreover, they are really nice people, and you can reach them quickly anytime. Giving 5/5 is no-brainer. I will definitely choose Renty again when i come to Slovenia.

I was a bit skeptical of booking at first as their prices appeared a lot cheaper than their rivals, but I was won over by the good online reviews. I must say this company are very good to deal with. We had some issues, entirely of our own fault, when picking up the car but these were resolved in a practical manner. We did have an issue with the car itself when I realized that the handbrake was barely functioning. I brought the matter to their attention and plans were put in place for a replacement car, which turned out to be an upgraded brand new car. However, it was concerning that the original car had not been put through some basic security tests before being rented out. Despite this, I still rate them highly due to their customer service and their practicality when it comes to solving problems.

Dear Brian, we are happy that you liked our service and that you are happy with the upgrade;) You are absolutely right, that the handbrake was not at its 100% function and we are sorry about that. We have already replaced that with a new one. All our cars are inspected twice per year as it's obligatory to pass the test (that also includes a handbrake). However, we have over 170 cars in the fleet and all cars are regularly "on the road" ;) This means that "consumables" after they are worn are replace and fixed as soon as they are noticed. But we can not know in advance when they can happen. Furthermore, just to let you know, besides the free upgrade, we did not charge you the lost parking card. The cost for that is 50,00 EUR. We did all that in faith your experiance with renting with us would be great! So hope you come next time, and have a better opinion about us.

We had a small mixup with our reservation, which their team was quick to respond to. Everything turned out well. Much faster than the big companies would if they would at all. All this with a personal touch.

Prijazni in mislim, da trenutno med ugodnejšim ponudnikom v Ljubljani. Se potrudijo tudi s popustom. Enostavno priporočam, dobro se je slišati že po telefonu zaradi velikega povpraševanja v Ljubljani. Zavarovanje, ki ga blokirajo na kartici je 250 eur in je sproščen takoj,ko prevzamejo vozilo. Priporočam, nahaja pa se dober kilometer stran od nakupovalnega središča Aleja.

Excellent experience top to bottom! I had done some research and this company kept being recommended, it's easy to see why. Great prices, no nonsense. A brand new car was waiting for us at the airport when we landed in LJU. Return at the office in Ljubljana was quick and easy. Helped me get a cab to get to the old city. 5 star experience all around.
