Maya was great at pick up. Helped us with everything we needed and showed us the car. She got everything ready for us.

Sixt slovenia is not a part of other sixt group... they have their own rules and regulation. They do not consider any emergencies may occur. All they want is MONEY MONEY AND MONEY! They charged us 800 EUROS just to change our car return location as we had a death of a family member and had to travel from a different airport to catch flight back home. Its a SHAME they did not even consider such a situation. AVOID RENTING FROM HERE! Just check all the previous negative comments on google!!!

Return experience is worst ever !despite of your attendant checked my vehicle and passed free of any damage Sixt came back with damage ( which wasn’t mine) and wants me to pay $870 in damage which my insurance company will look into! Be very careful while receiving and returning vehicles with this Sixt and have proof both the time! Bad business practice! Will think twice before renting with them!

Tombés en panne de batterie à Ljubjana, Le service d'assistance Sixt ( avec beaucoup de difficulté de compréhension) a envoyé une dépanneuse, on s'est retrouvé dans la banlieue de Ljubjana et avons perdu plusieurs heures avant de récupérer la voiture. Aucun appel ou message de Sixt pour suivre le dossier. On s'est senti abandonné par la société, Heureusement que l'on communiquai en anglais et que le garage Renault a été compréhensif. J'ai payé 250€ d'assurance qui ne m'ont pas servi à grand chose....

Easy pickup and friendly staff. It's a bit of a walk from the counter to the car, which was tough at night since you couldn't see the signs but otherwise great. Drop off was just a simple, great experience.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! The reviews are all true!! Do not under any circumstances rent from Sixt, they engage in insurance fraud making things up. Straight fraud, there are so many car rental services in Ljubljana that do not do this!

Mêmes arnaques que précédemment : lors du retour du véhicule, la personne s'est jeté sous le parechoc avant et a passé sa main (sans voir car il aura fallu lever la voiture) et a "senti" que c'était abimé. Il est parti cherché un miroir pour tenter de prendre une photo où on ne voit rien. Une rayure à l'intérieur de la portière a été signalée, chose que nous aurions forcément remarqué si c'était nous qui l'avions faite ... Scandaleux. Ils ont profité du fait que nous ne parlions pas couramment anglais et que nous avions notre vol pour en rajouter... du jamais vu ! Résultat une belle note de plus de 350€ à régler. Notre assurance a besoin d'un papier supplémentaire pour la prise en charge, papier qu'ils ne veulent pas rédiger ... Première et dernière fois avec cette société des plus médiocres

Maja at Ljubljana and the whole team at Sixt was wonderful on our trip to Slivania. I'm a tall guy, and they upgraded me at the airport when they saw my size. We purchased the walkaway insurance, and had a flat tire (sidewall issue) on our way to Predjma Castle. They had the tow truck driver drop us off at the castle while they sent a replacement car to the castle for us...so we didn't miss a moment of our vacation. Upon return Maja made sure everything was easy and even helped delete my phone from the car memory. It was a great trip and six Sixt was an important part of that. We will definitely rent Sixt again!
