I was warned (by local people from Bled) not to return the car outside office hours. Because it would be easy for Sixt to charge you for any damage on the car. I trusted Sixt because it is an big international company. But quess what, i had an early flight so i had to deliver the car back outside office hours. And 3 day’s later i received an damage report and an extra charge (€280) because of a scratch on the rear bumper. It wasn’t there when i left it. And without any notable evidence they used my creditcard for the payement. Thank you for the good service Sixt..

I lost more than two hours to deliver a car with no result. They are not working on Sunday’s afternoon onwards. No support is found and till now don’t know where to leave the car!!!!!!!!!!!

Please explain to us why you are asking for payment since we paid for complete insurance (as per suggested by Sixt employees ) when we rented the car in your offices. We returned to the Sixt office a day earlier since we wanted to make sure of any charges for the damage. Upon return on Ljubljana Railway Station, Sixt employes assured us that even if the damage is our fault the insurance that we paid covered for it anyway. Hope to clarify this.

Araba kiralama şekilleri sadece kredi kartlarıyla yapmasalar daha iyi çünkü herkeste kredi kartı olcak diye birşey yok umarım bunun içinde bir çözüm üretirler.

I got a lovely unexpected car. I was expecting a little banger but got this. An amazing drive. The downfall is, is that I paid up front for my rental, thought it was all sorted minus the paperwork, go down to the office to pick up the car and give them my paper work and walk away £200 lighter. Really not what I was expecting for a 2 day rental. I thought it was going to be cheaper and more convenient than getting the bus/train everywhere. HOW WRONG WAS I?! That’s all before I have to top the tank up before returning it so I would say this car for 2 days had cost me about £300 once I fill up the tank. Wonderful 👀 Staff were lovely though ☺️

I have rented from the Ljubljana train station location multiple times now. Never had any issues and the people working there are very easy to communicate with. They have a nice fleet of cars as well.
