Nous étions stressés par les avis mais au final tout s'est bien passé pour nous. Nous avons eu une Opel corsa à la place du fiat 500. Les seuls points négatifs c'est que l'accueil n'est pas très chaleureux et que le manque de check in poussé à la réception de la voiture n'est pas rassurant.

Try to avoid this rental office!! They try to cheat people on scratches!! Just rented a car for couple of days, car was nice and first people seem to be very pleasant! And everything went well. But when I returned the car, the checking guy just quickly showed me a scratch in the ankle of the driver door that is not even visible outside. Definitely he already knew about it before and he put it on me! He even didnt check other side of car and other doors! Lets see if they gonna return deposit! If not, I would never recommend SIXT company to rent to other people! Those employees dont have conscience! Check also other reviews here!! A lot of similar cases like this written by other people. SIXT are you really thinking people are so stupid and naive?? It is so shame for SIXT company here!!

The office is somewhat hidden within the train station, making it a bit tricky to find. Once you do, however, you'll discover that the pickup process is smooth and handled by friendly staff. During our interaction, we were offered additional insurance options. Although we thought we were fully covered with the LWD insurance, I was a bit annoyed to learn that it did not fully cover the car for any damage, leading us to take some extras. The option to leave keys after hours is a nice touch, adding to the convenience. The garage where they park the cars is rather plain, but it's functional. While some reviews may suggest this place is untrustworthy, our experience was completely positive. I didn't find anything suspicious or scammy here and would recommend this location for its good service and reliable team.

Не работающий терминал.
Заказываешь гольф класс универсал предлагают t-roc в котором плохой задний ряд и меньший багажник. Попытался что-то говорить про более высший класс. В результате нашли октавию которая пол часа была в мойке. Не рекомендую. Долго и проблемотично
PS. В итоге я получил грязную машину (после мойки). Во время движения на педаль сцепления упал блок управления. А у пассажира отвалилось зеркало при попытке открыть его.
Это ужас. Не рекомендую! Уверен компания попытается забрать с меня денег

Behoorlijk nare ervaring bij Sixt helaas. We hadden hier een auto gereserveerd omdat betalen met debitkaart mogelijk zou zijn. Maar dat bleek bij aankomst niet het geval. Geen enkele medewerking gekregen, we moesten het maar uitzoeken. De auto die we hadden gereserveerd was trouwens ook niet beschikbaar.
Gelukkig konden we verderop bij een lokale autoverhuurder ter plaatse een auto huren en hebben we redelijk stressloos onze vakantie kunnen voortzetten. En nu ik alle reviews lees over de oplichterij bij Sixt met betrekking tot borg, mogen we van geluk spreken dat we hier geen auto hebben gehuurd.

First time a very bad experience with Sixt. Like others already wrote, when returning the car, they find suddenly scratches, they already know where to look and just inspect certain areas. Very unpleasant experience. Tried to talk to them, since these damages where not mine. No chance. Avoid this rental station.

Die Beratung lief freundlich ab. Vorab buchten wir über die Sixt Homepage einen Benziner. Beim Gespräch wurde uns ein günstigeres Angebot mit einem Elektroauto unterbreitet, da wir nur max. 300 km fahren wollten. Allerdings erwartet man dann auch, dass das E-Auto voll geladen abfahrbereit zur Verfügung steht. Wie sich herausstellte waren nur noch 200 km auf dem Tacho. Wir konnten also nicht die volle Leistung in Anspruch nehmen und gaben noch am selben Abend das Auto ab, mit eben dieser Begründung. Die Aussage des unfreundlichen Kollegen war, dass wir hätten eine Tankkarte für E-Autos nehmen müssen. Die wurde uns aber nicht angeboten bzw mitgegeben. Unabhängig davon hätte das Laden 8-9 Stunden gedauert. Und das kann es einfach nicht sein! Wir sind sehr unzufrieden! Auf eine Reduzierung des Preises wurde nicht eingegangen.

Very nice and helpful staff. You will get all your informations before they hand over the car to you. The inky drawback is the amount of time it takes to finish the entire process. You need to keep at least 30 minutes aside. We took almost 50 minutes to finish everything. There is a long waiting time during the peak hours. The cars are very nice and well maintained. We had a good experience.

Returned our car today after a nice holiday. unfortunately this fun was soon gone. They checked the car for damage and supposedly found something within 3 seconds. A mini scratch in the door of about 2 cm in size. Strange that you find something so small within 3 seconds. Even more strange that you don't even check the other two doors on the other side. We feel very screwed. Especially when they wanted us to draw for the damage in a smart way. Luckily we figured this out. Just wait and see what happens next. Very sad to end our holiday like this. In any case, we will never rent from sixt again!

This company is an absolute fraud! They charged me for the damage on the car which was already existing on the car made by a previous driver (or themselves?), on BOTH sides of the car! They simply did not put the damage in their app and also did not show it to me so they could then act as if I had a crash with the car which was basically only parked in front of our hotel for 2 days, completely alone at a nice parking slot. I will take legal actions against this company and inform the responsible people in the country for this topic! The worst company and experience ever and I have never had any car accident nor other car related issues. To me it looks like they know very well what they are doing and if you have bad luck or are among the particular percentage of people, you will get scammed by them. Never again!

At first we were happy with our experience. Eveything went well, the car was good, and nothing happened.
When we did the check-in, eight little damages were already there.
I took pictures of the car before the beginning of the rental.
When we gave back our vehicle, the sixt employee just took our keys, without checking the car.
When I received the return receipt, one damage on the roof was registered.
Everything went well during our ride, the weather was good (no hail...).
Sixt sent pictures, and we see no additional damage in their pictures...
If there is damage, it happened before our rental.
We are really disappointed by our experience. We feel that Sixt want to take our money with no reason. It's a really sad way to end our holidays, and I'm sure I won't rent a SIXT car anymore in the future.

Absolument une grosse arnaque !
Ils ne notent pas les vrais griffes sur le document signé avant d’être devant le véhicule ! Pas de photo dans le dossier ! Puis ils vous chargent des griffes bien présentes pourtant sur les anciennes photos sur leur pc (après que j’ai souhaité les voir) du véhicule ! Ils vous laissent partir en vous confirmant que c’est bon pour vous et vous recevez quand même le dossier de dommage à votre charge ! C’est gens non pas de parole ! Prenez des photos de tout et n’hésitez pas à leur refaire imprimer le dossier ! Où tout simplement évitez sixt ! Ils ont déjà pas mal de commentaires à ce sujet !
