The worst experience i ever had from the beginning!! they took the money so fast and after i wanted to pick up the car i decided I'm not going to because of to many hidden fees they didn't want to give money back so i have to call the police... to be continued...

If you want to rent, double prices. They will try to steal your money, for sure it's their business, that's how they became rich. The main way for them is to give you a car with a damage a bit hidden and not covered by your insurance. The only way for you is to check everywhere at the beginning but sometimes it's difficult to find. It was our case and they asked 300€. We had a photo of the first day with the damage but they didn't care because they know that we'll not sue them for this. More vicious, when we returned the car they said that it was covered by our insurance, it wasn't but it's easier to say that by email after.

Un bon endroit pratique pour louer une voiture. La station essence n’est pas loin. Si jamais l’entrée ce trouve du côté du caïd et pas dans la gare. C’est assez mal indiqué. Et n’oubliez surtout pas de laver la voiture en la rendant ils sont assez sensible.

War alles tiptop. Wir wollten spontan ein Auto mieten und wurden sehr gut beraten. Wir hatten blitzartig die Schlüssel in den Fingern. Die Dame, die uns bediente machte es blitzartig, was ich von anderen Anbieter meist nicht kenne. Das Auto selbst war tadellos.

Legendary review: I would like to start with saying there was no problem with the pick-up, vehicle or others. It was the car return outside the operating hours that was terrible. 1. There was no light or no person to guide us through the way as to how & where to park the vehicle. 2. The Sixt person, while pick-up, said that the car must be returned in this parking lot. But the parking lot is huge & no ways to identify the Sixt-alloted parking lots that's only for sixt vehicles. 3. After wasting much of our time driving around that parking lot int he dark (at 10.30pm), we saw a board using our flashlights saying park the car to left of the gate. It'd have been much better with lights & illuminated boards for car returns. 4. After the car is returned, we gotta walk all the way to the Sixt office that's located inside the station to drop-off the key. 5. There was no defined walking path on that parking lot. And the place near the Sixt gate stinked of urine, etc.. Sadly we had to walk through that to drop off the key. Me & my friend have rented Sixt cars in multiple locations in Europe. But this return was the worst of all! Sorry to say this.

Muy muy mala experiencia. Alquilamos un coche pequeño para visitar Eslovenia y después de tramitar todos los papeles, nos enseñan el coche en una nave con poca luz. Una persona viene a traernos la documentación del coche y revisarlo (en la nave siempre). Lo hace en 5 minutos, no sin antes tener que avisarle de que tiene que anotar dos arañazos que no tenía registrados (el coche tenía al menos 6 por toda la carrocería). Rápidamente nos hace firmar el consentimiento y nos indica como salir. Nuestra sorpresa es, que al volver para entregar el coche, la misma persona empieza a tocar por los bajos del parachoque (parte no visible) y casualmente encuentra un arañazo en la parte de plástico de unos 10 CMS. Después nos dice que tenemos otro en la parte trasera de 5 cms(arañazo que llevábamos viendo desde el primer momento y creíamos que estaba registrado, ya que en el papel había varios anotados y daba lugar a confusion ). Cómo teníamos seguro premium con Rentalcars y sabemos que no sirve de nada discutirlo, firmamos los papeles y nos dicen que en una semana tendríamos la factura para tramitarlo. Han tardado un mes y el precio asciende a casi 500 euros por dos arañazos (uno de ellos en un plástico que ni se ve ni se sabe desde cuándo está). He alquilado coches en varias ocasiones con otras compañías y nunca he tenido problema, pero con esta nunca más.

Бронировали машину ещё в России, в день аренды ехали автобусом из Хорватии до Любляны. Волею судеб так вышло, что это был день государственности Словении и большинство заведений было закрыто. Мы немного заволновались что и прокат будет закрыт, но нас терпеливо ждал одинокий менеджер. Отлично нас обслужил, вручил нам авто и ушел праздновать). Машину легко вернули, все прошло спокойно.

Terrible experience. Upon our returning the car in excellent condition, the inspector quickly ducked under the front bumper and blamed scratches there on us. We absolutely did not cause the scratches, but in a location under the front bumper and not visible from standing or kneeling, we did not see them on pre-rental inspection. It seemed like a set up to me, maybe because we had our own insurance or were from another country. $300 later, I have learned a lesson and will never rent from Sixt again. I urge you all to go elsewhere (like the Hertz across the street).

Paid for an Opel Astra automatic, but got a Renault Captur. Online reservation stated a 1 way fee for picking up in Slovenia and returning in Zagreb. However the cost for crossing a border was not recognized and had to be paid upon return of the car. Returning the car was a vague process in which it was never officially confirmed we returned the car with no damages. I expect a signed waiver/form stating the car is returned in good shape to prevent future unexpected withdrawals from my credit card. All in all much to be improved.

Rented a car for 4 days from Ljubljana airport and dropped it off downtown. We had an excellent service both at pickup and drop-off! Car was in excellent condition! If you already have an insurance, just make sure your credit card can cover the deposit but otherwise they did not force us to get their insurance ! Would recommend to anyone!

J'ai vécu une expérience horrible avec Sixt Ljubljana centre-ville. J'ai reservé une voiture des mois à l'avance or le jour J, mon bus à destination de Ljubljana a eu du retard. J'ai tenté de les joindre avec le numero indiqué sur leur site, personne n'a répondu. Une fois arrivé à l'agence, ils n'avaient plus la voiture en question. Les 2 personnes de l'agence ont été particulièrement antipathiques. Ma seule possibilité : prendre une autre voiture (plus de 2 fois le prix initial !). Le personnel m'a en plus de cela rajouté 30€ sur la facture car étant donné qu'on a passé du temps à discuter de ce problème, ils ont dû faire des "heures supp".. bref, une honte, plus jamais !

Our car rental experience with the Sixt company in Ljubljana city center has been the poorest of our lives (significantly better experiences in other parts of the world such as Greece, Malta, Morocco, Sicily, Mexico, Portugal, Croatia , Andalusia ...) We booked a second class car 7 months in advance for the month of August at a bargain price. The same day, we were 2 hours late because of the plane. I tried to join them 5 times to warn them, no answer. (I even sent them an email.) Once at the agency, they had already rented "our" car to someone else. They offered us other cars for an exorbitant price. On top of that, they charged us 30 euros extra, because we have been tried to explain it for a long time, and the agency was closing, we were no longer in the "opening hours"! As it was not enough!

Malgré notre retard de 3h pour le check in, on nous a trouvé une voiture. Le personnel était très sympa. Il y a la possibilité de rendre la voiture sans faire le plein avant si on prend l'option. Elle coûte moins cher qu'un plein donc rentable
