We enjoyed an invigorating midweek stay at Casa Histria, a private oasis nestled within the walled ancient city of Motovun. Breathtaking terrace views from sunrise to sunset. Ideal for small groups or a family. Right away we felt at home at this recently restored and thoroughly renovated detached villa with spacious terrace and covered veranda with hot tub. Fully furnished 3-bedroom, 3 1/2 bath (including robes and towels scented with locally crafted lavender pouches. We were able to stock up at the local supermarket in the valley as well as enjoy a traditional lunch at the renowned Konoba Mondo restaurant. Before leaving we purchased local wines and olive oil.
