Trying to get some kind of reply from Turkish in next to impossible. Not only is the online phone system ambiguous and runs you in circles, their staff did not speak or understand any basic level of English - they simply cut the call or transferred back it to answering machine! Pretty much the same service as one receives on the flights or at the new airport in Istanbul. The growth has gone to fast to build a decent customer service for them! However, cheap flights are not the only reason why passengers chose an airline.

podn.. let mi skenslajo, vzamem voucher, hocm bookirat nov let, nemorm uporabt voucherja, klicem na support pravjo da lah sam preko call centra koristim voucher sam ce pa reko call centra bookiram let je pa 100€ drazi.. katastrofa

Awful customer service, absolutely useless call center which is barely able to provide basic information. And yes I know the number is 01 888 84 96, but it's rather pointless if nobody answers the phone!
