As others have mentioned, bring able to pay by card would be a major improvement. I also wish that it were possible to reserve a seat on a bus at a particular time, not just a route in general. However, I was able to get everywhere I needed to go in Slovenia via bus. The drivers were professional, and the ticket window staff at the station were quite helpful.

Nekako jim uspe ostat 30 let zadaj, hkrati pa trdno v sodobnih dodatnih za vsako zadevo.
Tako plačaš dodatnih 60 centov, ker greš karto predčasno kupit na postajo in je ne kupiš na avtobusu, kar je malo narobe svet. V tem primeru je to več kot 10%. Da o slabi pokritosti linij in zastareli tehnologiji sploh ne izgubljam besed.

Flix bus를 타고 다시 크로아티아로 돌아가기 위해 기다렸던 장소이다. 크로아티아에서 산 유심이 안터져서 주변의 버스 와이파이로 flix bus 연착상황을 계속 확인하느라 힘들었다. 근처에 기차역이 있는데 그곳에 무료 화장실을 쓸 수 있다. 역사 안에 플랫폼으로 나가는 공간의 구석을 잘 살펴보면 콘센트가 있으므로 폰 배터리가 부족하다면 요긴하게 이용해보자!

Вокзал біля залізнодорожної станції. Звичайні платформи. Людно. Багато руху. З незручностей - платформи не мають захисту від дощу. Тож чекаючи автобус, якщо буде дощ, ви промокнете, або повинні ховатися у приміщенні вокзалу.

We bought tickets on the website. Ljubljana Portorozh's direction. The bus schedule is terrible. Drivers are rude and tactless. Since we were tourists and visited the "Green" capital of Slovenia for the first time. They were completely disillusioned with the service and insensitive employees. There were a lot of people pushing, and the drivers were standing there, and there would be no way to distribute people in raised voices, saying there were no more seats. Are you seriously comrades? Why sell tickets online then if you can't provide service and transport? We bought a 7 a.m. ticket and we didn't leave until 9 a.m. On the third attempt, the network on the third bus. The driver just yelled and said he'd come the fourth bus in 30 minutes. It sucks completely and the staff doesn't compete. It's terrible!

Disgrace for Slovenia and the European Union. Slovenia is a beautiful country, with friendly people. But this place is something else. It is hard to understand the "cash only" policy in a country where everything else can be paid by card. Something is beneath the surface, money laundering? It also creates a lot of frustration, since you pay cash on the bus from the airport but need to buy a ticket at the bus station (cash only) for the bus to the airport. It is remarkable that this is allowed. Airport transfer should be easy and accessible, not overcomplicated. Slovenian officials should address this matter, it reflects poorly on the country.

Za vse ljubitelje nostalgije ste vabljeni v muzej preteklosti. Prenova ni potrebna, saj je kulturna dediščina enaka že od samega obstoja. Vrsta 30 ljudi se je na blagajni premikala hitro, še sreča, da je bilo topleje notri kot zunaj pri 30 stopinjah. :)

What a nightmare! Bought tickets online that went right to spam. Payed ticket is invalid and drivers don't accept it until you print it. The print box at the station is out of service. Stood in line for 30min and missed the bus and there's only cash pay. Absolute dump! One star bc I can't rate it with 0.

Très mal organisé, petite et aucun espace d'attente. Les seuls panneaux d'information sont sur les départs et arrivées immédiates. Pas de guichet d'information, une personne est là juste pour vous indiquer les guichets où faire la queue. Donc ce n'est qu'au guichet que l'on peut connaître les horaires. surtout on ne peut que payer en espèces. Et dire que l'UE vaudrait dématérialiser les paiements.

Nestrokovnost osebja pri prodaji mesečnih vozovnic, počasen računalniški sistem, ki postopek po nepotrebnem zavleče, ter plačilo možno le z gotovino. Vsekakor predlagam reorganizacijo in posodobitev načina poslovanja, ter uvedbo možnosti negotovinskega plačila vozovnic.
