We are deeply disappointed with the discriminatory treatment we experienced on FlixBus 885 from Maribor to Vienna. Despite paying for seat reservations, we faced poor service and blatant disregard for fairness. After showing our US passports, we were made to wait while 20 other passengers boarded ahead of us, even though we were first in line. Once we were finally allowed to board, our reserved seats were occupied, and the driver refused to address the issue, forcing us to sit apart. This was deeply humiliating and felt targeted, especially as other passengers were enjoying their journey while we felt alienated and unwelcome. Additionally, the bus failed to deliver on basic services advertised, including internet, which didn’t work at all throughout the trip. What was meant to be a relaxing part of our vacation turned into a stressful and disheartening experience, marred by visible discrimination. Racism and such behavior have no place in customer service, and we hope FlixBus takes steps to ensure all passengers are treated with dignity and respect. We cannot recommend FlixBus after such an incident and urge the company to address these issues seriously.

My experience with flixbus was disastrous, it happened that our bus broke down, so we had to wait for another bus from Croatia at the pump for 10 hours, even more passengers froze while waiting and could not finish their duties because they were very late,completely unprofessional. 0.0-RATING!!!👎👎👎

Автобус Загреб Берлин. Без опозданий, читые сиденья, тепло. Водители помогли с багажом. Рядом магазинчики, кафешки, где есть все необходимое.

К самой автостанции вопросв нет, но к FlixBus хорватского перевозчика, есть вопросы, ездил два раза с Марибор до Варшавы, и два раза автобус опаздывал, первый раз на 50 минут второй на 30 минут,

Katastrofa. 40 min zamude in nobenemu nič! Ne po mailu, ne po sporočilih. Pri informacijah tudi nič ne vedo. Če bi hotel iti uro kasneje na Dunaj, bi izbral drugi kasnejši autobus, ne pa, da čakamo kot mule na nekaj, in nobeden ne ve če bo sploh prišel 👿😡
