In mid-August they run buses without air conditioning. A full bus with a 2.5-hour ride was hell, we didn't even leave Zagreb and there was no air left. Passengers were complaining. The driver's reaction: sorry, AC is not working. Shame on the company, they should be providing liveable conditions. Avoid them.

Cekamo sat vremena da vozac dode s Plitvica i sjedne za volan. Nakon sto napokon krene krecemo se brzinom puza jer je lik penzioner. Zakasniti cemo na trajekt. U busu nema interneta. Trebali smo platiti vise i uzeti nesto drugo. Update: dovukli smo se blizu splita. Tip se izgubio. Izgubili smo jos petnaest minuta dok se vrtio u krug i okretao u necijem dvoru. Update 2: umjesto u 13:50h, stizemo u split u 15h. zakasnili smo na trajekt. Bio je placen.

I had a terrible experience with this bus company and strongly advise others to avoid it. I booked a ticket for a bus departing from Skradin to Zadar at 15:20. However, the bus driver left 10 minutes early, leaving several passengers stranded. When I requested a refund, the company falsely claimed they departed on time and accused me of being late. Additionally, the intermediary company, GetByBus, proved to be unhelpful and did not support the customer as they claim on their website. It’s clear that both companies are only interested in taking money from customers without providing the promised service or proper support. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable company.

The carrier cooperates with Flixbus and has their coach, but it is governed by its own rules. At over 35 degrees in the morning, he forbade people to get on the bus with small backpacks, so everyone was deprived of food, water and personal belongings. The toilet in the coach is covered with tape - overall, it's a tragedy. The driver is a jerk, shouts at passengers and behaves outrageously. Avoid at all cost!

Ein Mann hat junge Mädchen fotografiert und KOKAIN genommen. Der Busfahrer hat nichts gemacht und gesagt, dass er machen soll, was er will! Absolut schreckliche Erfahrung, man fühlt sich überhaupt nicht gut aufgehoben.

flix bus経由でザグレブからプリトヴィツェ、プリトヴィツェからザダルへのバスを予約しました。ザグレブ中央バスターミナルではターミナル2階の待機場で出発予定のバスの時刻を確認するのをおすすめします。 5月末でしたが、正確な時間で運行されていました。flix bus App上ではエントランス2につくのかも？と不安でしたがプリトヴィツェのエントランス1と2両方停車してくれますし、帰りのバスでもどちらのエントランスも寄ってくれます。 車体はflix busの車体が来る時と運行会社のバスが来る時とありますのでよく確認するのがオススメです。

Experience ok pour la plupart du temps. Cependant pour aller aux endroits les plus touristiques, la compagnie semble surbooker certains bus et l'on s'est trouvé assis sur les marches du bus ou potentiellement debout dans le bus. Pas du tout pro.

They overbooked our bus and by not one or two people, by a total of 13 people and we were asked to stand for our whole journey even after booking the tickets months in advance. Worst bus service I have ever seen

Booked a ticket from Skraden (Krka National Park) to Split in advance, only to find they overbooked the bus. They had about 20 people with valid tickets waiting when the full bus arrived. They left us at the side of the road for an hour and a half until the next bus arrived. We missed our reservations, and were starving and cold sitting on the floor. Now, they’re refusing to refund our tickets. The customer service guy doesn’t care at all, giving us one sentence answers refusing a refund even though the legislation clearly states we’re entitled to a refund. Horrendous; hire a car.

We had a bad experience with this bus provider. The buses do not adhere to the set schedule. We arrived to the bus stop 10 minutes earlier and saw our bus leaving. Getting money back for the missed bus was not possible, because the communication from their side is very unprofessional and they are absolutely not willing to help.
