Babu, a beautiful singing master of beautiful cuisine man. I've never met someone so lovely, humble, hardworking, and positive. Even without the food being the best in town, the man himself makes it worth the visit. We got the green veggie curry and he said "this is my love" and made sure to wrap it extra so none would spill. That is an unheard of care to his art. He works alone every day from 4am-9pm and never stops smiling. Just go. Seriously.

Babu is a master at what he does! The Vegetarian Green Curry was spicy, but we love spice so that's great. Portions were enough for two to share. Nothing but respect for his craft, live well Babu :) A MUST FOR TRAVELLERS AND LOCALS ALIKE! VEGAN FRIENDLY.

Loved it! Big portion and veg pad thai quite tasty. He is so friendly and funny too. I wanted to go back and try something else but as a tourist..i missed the chance. Reccomended.

La comida es ESPECTACULAR. Probamos Padthai y arroz con gambas y es de lo mejor que hemos comido en mucho tiempo. Babu es súper amable, gracioso y disfruta mucho con su trabajo. Es muy agradable esperar la comida porque él siempre te sonríe y pregunta: MUUUUUUY RECOMENDABLE y muy buen precio

Babu was really nice and it was impressive to see how he managed the small shop alone at rush hour. Unfortunately he was a bit overwhelmed…. We had to write our order in a piece of paper and wait 45min to get our food. After 30min waiting, he told us that one of the starters was not available, so we had to take it away from our order. The Pad Thais were okay but for us not worth the wait. Maybe during the week the quality and waiting time is much better.

Een geweldige plek met een vriendelijke eigenaar. Ik ben hier maar een keer geweest maar ik was verrast door het heerlijke voedsel en hoe aardig Babu is. Een aanrader en je krijgt veel en heel goed voedsel voor een goede prijs! Maak een praatje met Babu want hij is een legend :)

I’m from Australia where pad Thai has been perfected down to a fine art, but let me tell you, Babu’s pad Thai and any other dish for that matter, is some of the best food I’ve tasted. He is a bubbly, happy, selfless and extremely generous guy. So if you’re ever in Ljubljana, stop by and eat some of his food!

Me and my wife had Thai curry , reasonably priced and tasty food with a warm smile and funny talks with Babu, what else would one want from a new city ! Packing was sturdy and quantity was more than filling for each of us. Highly recommend this place .
