The cleanliness of the rooms is horrible. With the pillow cases and sheets having holes. Stains on the mattresses, pillows, with mould growing on the walls. If you value your health steer clear.

The location is perfect but AC is not working so it's very hot in the rooms + in our room we couldn't open the window + there was no blind. Sometimes noisy & Smells horrible in some toilets and showers. Dangerous to sleep in the top bed bc there isn't any barrier... To sum up: too expensive for what it is. Looks way better in the pictures than in reality.

I don't recommend staying here. The beds are all stained and creeky. The ladders to the top bunk are removable and wobbly and some of the beds don't have guards so you can fall right out. Everything is dirty. The bathrooms and showers are horrendous. I couldn't even take a shower because the curtains are all browned and stained. It's in a fantastic location, and the staff are really wonderful. But the photos here on Google do not paint an accurate picture of the place. It is quite run-down and in need of a thorough cleaning and refurbishing.

Ha lehet ne itt szállj meg!!! A plafon egy nagy szakaszán hiányzott az állmennyezett. A falak véresek/piszkosak voltak. A lepedők kivoltak lyukadva és foltosak voltak. A wc nagyon sötét volt. A mi szobánkba pedig nagyon hideg volt kabátba kellet aludnunk. Az ablakok nem zártak rendesen. Random helyeken tükrök voltak elhelyezve ami nagyon fura volt. A fürdőben egész éjjel bugott valami. Valamelyik szobában nem volt függöny és be lehetett látni a közös térre nyíló ablakokból. Az emeletes ágyaknál a létra veszéyes. Szoba ajtó nehezen záródik és rés is marad ahol beszűrődnek a fények a folyósóról. A liftbe egy ember férbe csomagokkal együtt.

A személyzet kedves a szobákban a plafon lyukas az ágyak (nagyon)ritkán vannak tisztítva a hőmérséklettől meglehet dögleni a fürdő büdös a lámpák random kapcsolódnak fel és le a konyha az konkrétan egy hűtő

Я безумно благодарна парню-портье в кепке за профессионализм, любезность, искренность и дружелюбие. Человек явно любит свою работу и очень приятно встретиться с такими людьми. Жаль не спросила его имени. За сервис ставлю высший балл. Есть моменты по номеру, например, очень удивляет автоматический свет бра, когда открываешь дверь в номер. В темноте это удобно, конечно, но чаще всего необходимости такой нет, а вот остальным здорово мешает. И ещё мне досталось нижняя койка, а когда кто-то забирался на верхнюю койку, то железная лестница сильно стучала, не понимаю, почему она не закреплена? В остальном хостел соответствует цене, место симпатичное, хоть и слегка уже изношено.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet. It's location is in the heart of Florence and it's an easy walk to get anywhere but it's on a side street, right opposite the Duomo, grab a free map from the tourist information office or a cheap one from a newsagent as you may miss it when following the directions to get there. At night and weekends, they'res secured doors at the entrance, it just gives any traveller the feeling of more security. Excellent solution to stay in Stockholm. Staff present 24 hours a day, therefore perfect also for those like us who arrived in the city late at night.

Amazing location. Sara and Katrina on reception were super nice and helpful. Best I've known in a hostel. Beds were metal so very noisy and so low you couldn't sit on the bottom bunk which was weird as crazy high ceilings in the rooms.

The front desk staff was really nice but the rooms look like from a horror movie about a haunted asylum. Dirty window shades, psychodelic wall colors and a ventilator machine from hell that wakes you up early in the morning. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Do not recomend.

Like many said before... Very good location, but otherwise quiet a disaster. Worst for me: the room has only windows to an inside atrium, so basically you get no fresh air at all, wich i hate, it's stiff and too warm (and it's January!...). From about 8 in the morning there was a lot of noise, from people in the atrium, from vacuum cleaner etc. The building also kinda amplifies sounds so very bad for a hostel ... After a night with almost no sleep and a headache i have to say... Go to Celica or vila veselova, if you're in Ljubljana. Not as central, but Ljubljana is small anyway and you can still walk to the center in 15 minutes or so from these ones. The staff was friendly, but also pretending like they never heard about these problems, wich obviously is not true, reading the reviews here.. I guess anyway it's not the staffs fault, young people just working and so, but the owner of the hostel obviously only cares about money... And staff did their best to help, actually. So agreeing with like what a lot of people said .. ;-) Cheapest sheets, dirty mattress, no power outlines next to the beds, really squeaky bunk beds... When someone enters sometimes random lights next to beds turn on. No ventilation, nor AC.

Einen Sterne gibt es allein auf Grund der sehr guten Lage ( Spar direkt daneben, Backwerk innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu erreichen ) - viele Dinge sind hier kaputt (Lampen, Vorhänge, Decke) - Betten sehr schlecht: quietschen, allgemein laut, Stufen beim Hochbett tun weh, wenn man auf sie tritt, keine Seitengitter an den Betträndern - an vielen Stellen Schimmel und allgemein sehr unsauber (Flecken auf dem Laken, Schimmel an der Klimaanlage und extrem viel in den Duschen) - sehr unkomfortabel ( in Mehrbettzimmern teilweise keine Sitzmöglichkeiten, um sich beispielsweise die Schuhe anzuziehen, Toiletten und Duschvorräume extrem beengt, kein Mülleimer in Toiletten selbst, etc.) - Duschräume waren regelmäßig überflutet, weil die Duschen kaum Wasser halten - sehr spartanisches Frühstück in Räumen ohne Fenstern, super ungemütlich und beklemmend Ich würde hier freiwillig kein Zimmer buchen.

Spent 2 nights at this hostel and I did not want to leave ! The staff is very kind and helpful. They recommand places to see and restaurants to try. The location is perfect, right in the historical center. I definetely recommand!!

Excellent location. Good hostel, overall clean, the staff are great, very helpful. Loved the phrases of the walls, very funny. I arrived in Spring (April) and they had the heating on, it was scorching hot inside, but luckily they turned it off within the day. There's a coffee place right at the entrance, I didn't eat there, but that's very useful.
