Went there to open a business account, brought back the forms, and waited for the email or any phone call that never comes.. more than two weeks later, after calling them numerous times, get transferred to other branches like ping pong ball, being promised many many times that someone would contact me, yet until now I still don’t know if my application went through or not.. so I had given up, never had so terrible service from a bank before.. at least I found out before becoming their customer I guess!?
