Even for slovenian standards of service quality this particular branch falls far behind. The only bank teller available (bald, old, thick glasses) has the worst attitude and I have no clue as how somebody in management decided he can treat people like that. The rest of the team are ok (again, for slovenian standards).

Went to the branch to inquire about opening a new account. The banker was bored and apparently uninterested in helping me. Their fees, compared to the other banks in the neighborhood, were higher than the others. Seemed unprepared, for example, they had no brochures or documents explaining their offerings. They treated me as though they were doing me a favor, rather than as a customer. Overall, a poor experience.

Ce clovek pride v banko, pricakuje nek odnos... tuakj ga zal ni. Cakas medtem ko oni delajo nekaj svojega. Nobene cakalne vrste, cakala 5 minut, odsla. Nobene besede. Da ne govorim o kontakntem centru in njihovi identifikaciji preko telefona. Stay away from this bank.
