Danes Dne 9.10.2017,sem obiskal poslovalnico Gorenjske banke,na Kajuhovi 1.Želel sem zamenjati za en "šparovček" bakrenih kovancev,se pravi za 1,2 in 5 centov.Za okencem je bila zaposlena mlada gospodična,ki mi je obrazložila do koliko denarja sprejemajo brez provizije in kako je če si komintent oziroma nisi.To je vse vredu,dobrodošla informacija,vsega pač ne moreš vedeti.Toda kako je to povedala je pa pod vsakim nivojem komunikacije.Rekla je da ona tega že ne bo štela,da naj kar sam preštejem.Bi rekel da imajo napravo za štetje denarja,kovancev,pa izgleda da ga nimajo,oziroma si ji ni dalo.V glavnem to je rekla tako nesramno,arogantno,da vas je lahko sram,da imate zaposlene take osebe,bom rekel takole,taka oseba bi morala biti nemudoma odstranjena iz poslovalnice.Govorim o mladi ženski,ki je komaj prilezla iz šole in misli da je bog v poslovalnici.Če pogledam starejše osebje,jih lahko samo pohvalim,izredno so prijazni,komunikativni in pomagajo nam strankam.Gospodična ki pa me je danes sprejela je pa pod vsakem nivojem,če se mene vpraša,ji dajte knjižico.

Firstly, we had been staying in lake Bled for a couple days before finding this ATM - realising we had walked past it on multiple occasions. It's situated behind a tinted glass panel, which in retrospect is likely to be for the sake of personal security but also aided in hiding it's placement. On the approach, it was littered with receipts. They were everywhere. Despite its outward appearance, we percevired onward to withdraw cash at the said ATM. Gingerly, I placed my bank card into the machine to my delight, it was snappy and took my card with confidence. After that, my confidence grew in the cashpoint. They say never judge a book by its cover and so we continued with that in mind. No delays from the buttons which was good to see, no qualms there. Unfortunately, in regards to the interface, we were disappointed. After selecting "Quick Cash" out of sheer curiosity, we were brought to a screen with pre made options of withdrawal amounts. The amount we wanted was not available and in our attempts to return to the previous screen we realised there was actually no option to do so. I clicked the return button on the number pad but my card was ejected. Frustrating. Repeating the process I then selected "Withdraw" to find that you can only withdraw in the 10s. I selected my amount of €60 and after waiting a few seconds too long, received my cash in the form of a €50 and a €10 note and of course my card. A rollercoaster to say the least. It has its downfalls but in the end it's a cash point and I spent way too much time and effort to write this. I'm sure you'll find it a satisfying experience if you do end up taking your cash from here. Best of luck
