Well, where to start.. I don't like these cafes where they decided not to bother with renovations and pass it off as a "fashionable" cafe. And the piece of stone next to our table almost fell on our table... there is very little space inside, tables are a meter apart, very crowded, noisy. We ordered eggs with salmon and coffee. The white coffee was terribly bitter and the taste of the food was terrible. For 10.90€ I expected something else.. at least a bigger portion. The waiter was okay. I won't come again. For less money better to go to “La Cheri”.

The food is delicious and beautifully served. The staff is friendly. The bistro is located by the river, the center of Ljubljana is a few minutes' walk away. However, there are no parking lots in the immediate vicinity, so you have to walk to the local area.

A very nice place! We ordered a cappuccino and matcha – the cappuccino was excellent, rich, and the matcha had a slight bitterness but was still quite decent. From the food menu, we tried the Egg Plate – a beautifully composed dish with scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, guacamole, brioche, homemade jam, hazelnuts, and fresh fruits. Everything was fresh and tasty, really well thought out. The only small downside is the portion size – it’s a bit on the smaller side for two people, but perfect for a light meal. Overall, we were quite satisfied!

The breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable for the portion. It can be a good choice for brunch and breakfast. The place had a nice and suitable atmosphere, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options. The food arrived quickly. Overall, it was good and reasonable.

Almost five out of five. Service was great! Also the location at the riverbank is quite nice and the bistro looks unique inside. The food was good, however, not amazing. Both the eggs benedict and the pastrami sandwich could have had a little more kicking flavor. The pastrami itself was a little dry… Card payment is possible. I would come back to try other things.

Second time in the city, second time had breakfast in the same place. The breakfast is great, the food came very fast, the service was great. My kid enjoyed it very much. The personnel is willing to find you a place to sit, even if it’s crowded. They are very kind and they all speak English well.

Nice Bistro at the river. We sat outside, despite the cloudy cold weather and it was great. The EK plate was great and plenty! I loved the pancakes and the guacamole especially. My wife had a Croque Madame, it was also very tasty.

Ordered drinks and said we needed a moment for food… had to flag down waiter 45 minutes later to ask to order. Once we ordered we waited 50 minutes and decided to just leave because we saw 6 other couples get their food and eat within 30 minutes. Very disappointing and we will not recommend.

They didn’t let me charge the phone. I told them I just wanted the matcha latte and they didn’t even ask if I wanted vegetable or regular milk. Besides, I think it’s really overpriced and that they should change their aggressive modus operandi giving you the menu even though you already ordered to pressure you to buy more.

Ek Bistro sem obiskala 2x in obakrat odšla razočarana. Cene so noro visoke, brunch pa je čisto povprečen. Avokado na slani palačinki je po mojem mnenju neuspel poskus.

Sve je bilo fenomenalno. Posebna pohvala za mimoze, egg in a hole i eggs fiorentine te waffle. Svaka preporuka za ovaj brunch place. I slatko i slano su savršeni. 🥰
