I indulged in a delightful breakfast experience featuring fluffy pancakes adorned with a medley of fruits—banana, pear, mango, and blueberries. The vanilla and strawberry sauce added a sweet symphony to the ensemble. Meanwhile, my girlfriend opted for a savory delight, relishing bacon, poached eggs, crisp lettuce, and cherry tomatoes. The contrasting flavors created a harmonious morning feast that satisfied both sweet and savory cravings. Highly recommended for a diverse breakfast palette!

Local ideal para tomar un fantástico desayuno. Comida muy rica, bien presentada en un local acogedor. La música un poco alta para ser Año Nuevo...Hay que ir con tiempo. Muy recomendable.

Posizionato vicino al centro, questo locale offre posto a sedere fuori e dentro. Ho aspettato 15 minuti in coda, e credo ci sia sempre. Il tempo d’attesa è stato quasi un’ora . Nel complesso il cibo era buono; abbiamo preso il rotolo di uova con formaggio e spinaci, la brioche homemade con marmellata e burro e le scramble eggs . Il French toast era buono ma troppo grande e troppo pieno di cose. Atmosfera bella con dj set. Prezzi secondo me troppo alti.

Lovely located cafe with friendly staff. The cappuccino is excellent as well as the food. Dogs are welcome—perfect spot to start the day. Update: Every time we are in the area, EK BISTRO is our first port of call. Especially for the Egg Benedict's (pulled beef for me), but also the fresh brioche with homemade jam and butter are worth a visit.

Die Location ist an und für sich sehr stylisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hatte nicht viele Touristen als wir dort waren. Das Essen war leider nichts besonderes und teilweise sogar ungeniessbar. Die Kellnerinnen waren jedoch die ganze Zeit über sehr freundlich und amüsant. Sie machen einen tollen Job! Danke dafür

Very cute place with friendly service and delicious food. The portions were great and will definitely not leave you hungry. The items on the menu are great and you cannot go wrong with any choice.

Lovely little place near the river. I visited it in the winter but i feel like in the warmer months sitting outside is even better. I was instantly impressed with Movia wines being displayed as this is one of the best wine brands in Slovenia. The waitress was nice enough to warn us against the table with a draft. My brunch included a cappuccino and eggs benedict with slovenian ham. Egg yolks poured out and it was delicious. Nothing better when you don't even feel like adding salt. I did however wish they had some other bread than the plain white. It was simple and tasty, but the slightly higher price should suggest something more. I felt the same with coffee. I would almost recommend this place if there weren't a similar place nearby just a bit better.

Super brunch !! I took the vegan sandw+ waffles + matcha latte! All super good. Cozy enviroment. Nice staff. Food was divine. 42 euros brunch for 2 persons

A cute cafe tucked away just outside the main old town area, near the dragon bridge. We came for breakfast and were not disappointed by their egg dishes, which is their speciality. We also ordered some add ons to our main and found the fruit bowl was large and had plenty of different fruits including banana and persimmon. We found the shashouka a bit on the gluggier side but the flavour was great. We also ordered a freshly pressed orange juice which was quite small given the price, but overall a nice experience and worth visiting to get out of the main area. Staff were also very friendly

Had breakfast here in July 2023. I still can’t forget how good the Shakshuka was… ☺️ Definitely wanna come back next time I’m in Ljubljana.
