Dear Luke, We are incredibly sorry for leaving you disappointed. True, it took us 15 minutes to get to you after you were seated and we are incredibly sorry for that. Instead of order you asked for another table, which we provided in spite of full cafè. As we understood, you wanted to move because you felt unpleasant near the guests beside the first table. The whole welcoming situation lasted for half an hour and very likely give rise to bad experience. We offered a mimosa, to cheer you up, it’s kind of a popular drink at our place. You were served drinks, but you ordered breakfasts quite some time after that. Though the food was served less than 20’ after the order was taken, you were at our place for an hour and few minutes already and yes, it’s painful to wait for a breakfast that long. The explanation about the bill shouldn’t be taken as defensive, considering offering the drinks is our job. But out of respect for our guests, we took the guilt for bad understanding and we believe the reduction of the bill was offered right away. For the food we use same ingredients as always and we will appreciate the comment next time, so can talk about what is different and why. The staff is the same and if we were told that something is not as expected, we would sure try to fix it. The place is dog friendly, yes, but it can be annoying if the owners don’t pay attention to the people around them. We are sorry we didn’t notice that, please, next time don’t hesitate to mention it. There’s very little we can do about the wind, but we’ll make sure to keep them smokers outside. We very much appreciate if you would take our apology, we will be more attentive next time. Rog team
