Dark, sexy, elegant and beautiful. Enojy a great cocktail with good music, amazing decor and the best service. They have really good scotches and also make great martinis. Let them surprise you.

WARNING: BE VERY CAREFUL AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! They will over-serve you; change your drinks around and then overcharge you. If you get angry they will ban you from the property. I ended up with nearly a $ 2,000 bill for about nine premium 1-liquor cocktails. The following day I went to the other restaurant bar in the hotel, Craft F&B, and management sent five people into the bar who cornered me and would not allow me to leave this restaurant: a police officer, a detective, two security officers plus a security manager for the property. Under duress the security manager made me sign a form, one which they did not even fill out, telling me that I was banned from property. The bartenders at H Bar are sheisters and they will take advantage of you; my recommendation is for you to stay away from this bar entirely! I have nothing but high praise regarding Craft F&B, however, if you go to H Bar expect to be overcharged and if there are problems expect to find no resolution. I spoke with Manager Juan months ago regarding this "legal" matter (as he referred to it); he assured me that someone would be contacting me but no one has. My lawsuit against H Bar for arbitration was blocked by Visa- don't go here, you'll regret it! What they did to me at H Bar I also witnessed Bartender Zach do to another individual on Halloween. The customer had asked Zach for a round of three Clase Azul anejo tequilas and Zach asked him if he was sure he didn’t want Ultra anejos; by H Bar’s overcharging standard this would be approximately $ 260 more for each drink than regular Clase Anejo ($450 each drink and a total amount of $780 difference for 3 drinks). It is reasonable to assume that this customer had been drinking before he came into this establishment as he had explained to this bartender that he had just come from a funeral. In my case, I was noticeably intoxicated and indicated as much from the minute I walked into this bar. If you are reading this review because you have not been to H Bar and want to know which bars are chill in Houston then go to the whiskey bar at the Omni hotel; it is classier and has much better food.

We had great time at H Bar. The place is dim lit lounge, comfortable seating, servers are awesome, large selection of drinks and their food menu is similar to Bloom and Bee, pool seatings only available for people staying there.

Very rude, I was staying in the hotel and tried to grab a drink after being in the pool all day and was denied for having “pool attire” which after I offered to change I was still treated poorly, considering how much I’ve spent. I really wanted to enjoy my time here but it was definitely tarnished by the fact I couldn’t go from pool to bar. I want to love the post oak but uncultured staff makes it difficult.

Nice place to go to after dinner or before turning in for the night. The lounge is very dark and relaxing. Drink prices are a little steep but considering the location I guess I should expect it. I did not give this a 5 star rating mostly because of the atmosphere was not the greatest and the bartenders seemed a little uneducated.

We met here after a friend's birthday celebration, for drinks. Amazing atmosphere. The dimly lite area was nice. The drinks were pretty good. It's small and intimate, so I would say get there at a reasonable time for seating. The seating is arranged in an intimate manner as well with different options. There are tables, conversation sofas, chesterfield style chairs, low tables for low seating, etc. You can tell it's meant for relaxing, talking, and just unwinding from the day. Quite clever idea for a luxury hotel idea. Try this place after work one evening!

Absolutely no sense or urgency, it took 10 minutes just to get noticed because they are all too busy joking around and talking to each other behind the bar. One of them said, come get your brother joking around without any acknowledgment. My flight got delayed and all I wanted was messy fries, didn’t know they required a sit down 5 course meal time frame. As I walked away, I heard one of the servers who just finally showed her face making comments about me as I walked away, hence this review. Flights get delayed, connections get cut short. You work at an AIRPORT, sense of urgency and respect to travelers already facing travels delays should not be too much to ask for. Especially with a well staffed bar

Just needed a spot to relax after dinner. The bar was mostly full with more people coming and going. Nice, quaint small spot. Had some sorbet or gellato. It tasted good.

There place is beautifully adorned and the staff was absolutely wonderful. But.... the bass was so loud you could hardly talk. It felt more like a club vibe and nothing like a soothing lounge that I was expecting. Drinks were spot on.
