Worst possible service.
3 people that cannot even say good morning to you.
And when you ask for the help they are supposed to give, 2 of them dont know, and the one that knows is the most arrogant one.
Don't offer a service if you can't provide in a friendly way.

Very bad experience, actually it surprised me since we were quite happy with the BMW service.... So far.
Maybe it's because this was a warrantee thing instead of paid work, but now they were amateurish, very amateurish!!
Within warranty the Airconditioning compressor broke.
Went 18/5 to dealer. The recognized the compressor needed to be replaced. We only needed to wait 5 days because they needed approval from insurance company (I have warranty from BMW, so this is between BMW and insurance company, I am not a party in that).
After 7 working days, nothing heard.. So called the (non)service contact. He was busy and going to call back... Never did. So I went there. Now they needed pictures of the car for the insurance company. Some guy took pictures of the outside and interior(???) , and told us, we have to wait another 5 working days, to get approval of insurance company.
After a week, I called again (they never called on they're own initiative). After a few attempts I got the news: it is covered by the insurance company. We now have to wait another 5 working days before the part come in. 1 week later I called...
(non) service employee did not call back again. After getting irritated (my apologies to the receptionist who took the call) and asking for the manager the employee called back... To make appointment. Altogether it took almost 1 month to get repair done.

Najslabši avtoservis kar sem jih srečal, odnos do strank je grozen, zaposleni sami ne razumejo kaj se dogaja in kaj delajo, med delovnim časom nikogar ni na mestu. Na začetku je bil poskus izstavitve 2000 evrov za neobstoječo težavo z elektroniko avtomobila s polno garancijo. Po opravljenem servisu je bilo poškodovano oblazinjenje in plastika, menjave do sedaj še niso bile izvedene. Shranite živce, čas in denar -pojdite na drug servis.
