Spoštovani, ker se trudimo, da nenehno izobražujemo svoje sodelavce (tako na internih kot tudi drugih izobraževanjih doma in v tujini) in ker med sabo ne toleriramo sodelavcev, ki bi ne imeli občutka za delo z živalmi in ljudmi, nas vaša ocena seveda neprijetno preseneča. Dear Ks Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you find our 24/7 availability, which is very difficult to ensure in today’s veterinary services, a special pro in our services. We also greatly appreciate your feedback on our workflow and communication – it is important to us to hear your view, which can help us improve. As a teaching hospital with 24/7 services we have to ensure our teaching process is fluent and all staff gets also their much needed rest, which greatly impacts the availability of our veterinarians. It is also true, that our students change on our rotations (mostly daily) as per their curriculum. We understand the frustration this workflow may bring to our clients, but besides best possible animal care, teaching schedule is our priority. We also understand it may be difficult for our clients to wait for our calls with updates on their pets, but disrupting our veterinarians during their work by asking them to answer the calls at all times can actually be very dangerous for the animals being taken care of. This is the only reason, why attending veterinarians schedule their time for calling our clients daily – once they are sure all of the animals under their care for that day have been taken good care of. Lastly, please, accept our apologies for any inappropriate communication from any of our staff – we would be happy to discuss this topic further privately and with regards to a specific situation and staff member(s).
