This review reflects our experience when I came for an appointment for a clean shave. I had the worst experience ever, untrained and inexperienced lady tried to cut my thick and strong beard that was already long directly with the razor without trimming and softening the hair! It was very painful. At the end I left with a stubble which looked awful, on many parts I had 0.5 cm long hair sticking out of my face. I had a very irritated skin for two days. You can fix this by training your staff properly. This should have been a job of about 15 min and not 50 min. It does not give me any confidence to come back. Regardless of the lovely atmosphere and setup of the salon, experience was awful with the service, therefore a single star. Hope you improve soon.
